In April 2018 I used my HSA home warranty for a significant roof leak repair. I had purchased the Platinum Shield coverage which is their most comprehensive warranty offered, and overall it saved me a lot of money AND HEADACHE too! The staff at HSA was on it! They were quick to select the correct tech I needed for my roof leak who was close by and available immediately, and I got 5 star service all the way across the board. It was a pleasure when it could have been a nightmare. The platinum shield from HSA is a highly recommended warranty service that does exactly what it says it will do. Thanks!

After moving to our current home last year, we were in search of a home warranty company. A quick google search told us home security of America was among the best. We decided to move forward with purchasing our coverage and we’re so glad we did! Our buyer plan is a 1 year contract that breaks down to under $50 a month. So far we have been able to get both our refrigerator and our washing machine serviced for free. There is a 24/7 call line to contact and they find a local professional to come out for the job. Overall very satisfied with this company and will continue to use for years to come!

My experience with this company was good. Customer service associate was very humble and transfer to the right department very quickly. I am still thinking to see what are my options and budget to finalize but This will be my top priority list.
