When choosing a provider go with one that covers loss of Freon! This is a symptom of system failure, yes my plan doesn’t cover Freon leaks and since my system is too old to repair, I just replaced the entire system with no help from this company. Yo make matters worse, they “forgot” to let me know they’d rejected my claim. It seems when you have become a liability to them by filing claims, their customer service goes out the window. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.

This company doesn't honor or keep there word and if they misrepresented policy information. They don't honor there mistake and give you the run around and try not to give you your money back even when they violated the policy. A home warranty is worth having when you pay and they honor what was paid into and employees are honest and they takecare of there clients.

Shady Company, they promise that I could bundle multiple issues and now that I have multiple issues, they are saying that I can't bundle the issues now and do one service plan. This company is fake and make promises they can't keep. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Their rates might be cheap but service is HORRIBLE I have multiple properties with them it's really BAD!

I called for service on my refrigerator, the repair estimate was @ $500.00 and I was offered $125.00 towards a repair or replacement. If I had saved the money I spent on this worthless warranty. I would've have $500.00 + $60 service call fee to apply towards a new refrigerator.

They wouldn't fix the problem with my A/C unit and want my to pay the whole price. They only approved me for $150.00!! I would give them a 0 but it requires you to put something down!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to have insurance with them!!

Cannot get a tech to my home in a reasonable amount of time. Took 2 weeks for my gas dryer and I am on day 3 of no heat and contractors tell me they aren't receiving either payment for services or dispatch papers to do the job. Then the tech just don't show up

I was told my warrant covered my fridge when I bought it but at point of repair, the service company was told my warranty did not cover my ice maker that comes from manufacture in the fridge. If you purchase a warranty have an attorney review first before you agree to anything.

Worst experience ever. SHW never discussed policy issues with me. Never called back when they said they would follow up. Agents claimed they couldn't see all note in files to reference. SHW lies and have me the runaround on approval because they finally admitted they thought I was lying about how I provided maintenance records.

I've had nothing but poor experiences so far. The appliance repair companies you sent 1- stole our deductible and never returned our calls or came back to fix our appliance. The second company overcharged us and ripped us off. The entire process took months to resolve too.

The claim I submitted was denied. I spent almost six hundred dollars on a new water heater because the most common failure point, the tank itself, is NOT covered. I called to cancel my annual renewal and was promised a partial refund of my replacement costs. I haven't heard from them since and received NO refund.

Poor management communication with the front office was very poor. I had one claim with my refrigerator and couldn't get any help until I called the better business bureau, then they are supposed to give me $250 for a new refrigerator which cost me $2150.00. Not worth it

It is the worst home warranty that I have used and I would never use them again. There was a lack of responsiveness and concern. Once the contractor they sent to my was found at fault and they still did not follow up in my favor each time and I have all the documentation to support my case.

They are not prompt and don't seem to care about weather it's fixed or not. I had a problem with my dishwasher and I called them. They did not reply to my call for a week. Once someone came out it took about 2 weeks for them to approve him to fix it.

They have no customer service. I paid $120 to have someone come out, it took two months before I found out they weren't going to repair my oven but they offered $125 total to replace it. They should try to get some integrity and tell people upfront that they don't repair. You don't need them, they are a scam, horrible company.

Their policies are cookie cutter, they don't respond unless its a pre written response. They are very slow, terrible customer service. They use bullying techniques and are argumentative. My AC went out in a heat wave in Arizona and they did not seem to care. It took them 5 days and they tried denying it.

I had a dishwasher that needed repaired. It wasn't fixed properly so I called again. He came out 3 other times and did not fix it. I called again and it took 30 minutes to get through to a manager. They did not give me enough for a new dishwasher and I still haven't received the money yet. The people you talk to on the phone are no help.

They don't want to cover any repairs. Every single repair need authorization which takes several days. So in the mean time your stuck with a broken unit and when you get the response from the authorization department it's a DENIAL for coverage. Simply ridiculous!

After 3 weeks of them telling me this and getting the run around, they then asked me to find a licenced company to do the repair.They may reimburse me. I told them thats what I pay them for. Till I cancelled with them and paid for my own repair. Going back to American home Shield.

Very confusing contract. It has paid 4 time less than the repair cost. It is also asked to find contractors and then get the preapproval of the expenses too. It is very very troublesome. Don't recommend this to other.
