Poor communication and follow through. It took almost 3 weeks to get my water heater replaced. Nothing was in writing. The approval process was a horrible experience. The plumbers were great.

Providers were sub par and couldn’t complete jobs. Trying to stop policy has been a nightmare. Also, can’t email them. Have to call and deal with people with foreign accents who are reading from scripts.

My experience with AHS has basically been very positive. Items I have needed repaired has been taken care of in a very professional manner. I pay my deductible and the repairman comes and fixes things. The only thing that I haven't like is getting my roof repaired. We are talking a lot of money and when I asked for confirmation that AHS was going to be paying $1500 towards my roof repair I haven't been able to get proof. The total amount of my roof job is over $10,000 so all I was asking for was some type of confirmation from them that they would be paying $1,500.
