For what I pay for service, I don't think claims should be so easily denied.

Nothing is ever covered. Don't see a need to purchase if they never cover actual problems.

I have submitted a claim for my water heater not working. We have not been able to take a shower for almost a week now and I’m getting no response from Choice Home Warranty. I paid for a plumber to come out myself and he has submitted his diagnosis and they just keep asking questions. It doesn’t work and the Rannai company said they don’t supply yhe internal parts any more do a 20 year old system but Choice is not responding or approving any work or replacement. Not sure what the problem is but looks like they are trying to deny fixing it and I got the premium warranty. Why is this?
