The equipment is very good, just not explained all options upon start of service. The field service staff that fixes equipment and installs equipment in the field is great and very knowledgeable. The company owners/leadership wants to nickle and dime you on everything, even if under contract for free fix of issues. A few people in the main office answering phones actually have a clue about the company. the rest of office staff is in some serious need of training and needs to be given more leeway in how to talk to customers and handle their problems without having to run to a supervisor every 2 minutes to get approval or find out how to respond. so, good, bad and crazy all rolled into one.

We upgraded our system and we have called and it taking to long to for your company to come and fix the problem. ve the door bell starts ringing about 20:00 every 5 to 7 times and no one is at the door

I called to make appointment for someone to be out and I had a long wait.
