Trisha supervisor for Titanium Alarm was very awesome kind knowledgeable took care of my problem technician was supposed to come on 16 April between nine and five he never showed up Trista took care of that set up a new appointment I need the sensors on my alarm and I didn’t have to pay for them she is very kind sweet person and I would stay with TITANIUM because of Trista she’s a wonderful supervisor

The equipment is very good, just not explained all options upon start of service. The field service staff that fixes equipment and installs equipment in the field is great and very knowledgeable. The company owners/leadership wants to nickle and dime you on everything, even if under contract for free fix of issues. A few people in the main office answering phones actually have a clue about the company. the rest of office staff is in some serious need of training and needs to be given more leeway in how to talk to customers and handle their problems without having to run to a supervisor every 2 minutes to get approval or find out how to respond. so, good, bad and crazy all rolled into one.

Absolutely terrible. Completed contract and then went month to month. Cancelled that due to moving out of state and fulfilled all requirements were told we need to for cancellation. Company continued charging me and then attempted to access my savings account when block from auto pay from checking. Called and sent multiple emails to cancel per instructions and representatives assured us that it was done but continued attempting to collect payments.

I signed a contract with Titanium Llc back on 12-21-2017. I agreed to their terms until the paperwork was ready to be signed. It said there was a 5 year agreement. I told them I was not going to be comfortable with the 5 years. They revised the contract to 3 years years and we both initialed the contract. After the 3 years was up I tried to cancel my service. They would NOT cancel it. They told me that I had to pay for another 2 years. The equipment they gave me has not ben working properly for a long time. But they are still charging me $87 monthly fee. I finally called today 02-21-2024 and got confirmation they cancelled my contract. I am so happy to be done with this company. This is the WORST security company I have ever had service from/ They are liars and con artists. They do NOTHING to try and help you. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT do Business with Titanium LLC, also known as AMPSMART. Sincerely, Jeffrey Martin

If I could give it 0 I would! This company wants to force you to renew the contract even if you pay the total for the mos left by raising your final bill with bogus fees. They sent me the final bill which is more than what the actual contract said for the whole term. I actually think they actually owe me because there were months they were charging different amounts than what I had signed up for and I’m not talking about late fees. Their justification for the over double increase of the final bill I was quoted at first over the phone was they paid to buy me out from my old Security System co. Which they never mentioned not once verbally or in the contract before I signed it. The service is horrible as you need 3 apps and still can’t get the camera app to function on my phone after I called them to fix it it went out again. In any case I reported them to the better business bureau. It’s insane. Everyone should be resorting them to the Better Business Bureau!!!! I would not recommend them in any circumstances!!!!!! Never!!!!!!

I have had the Titanium system for 36 months, and have had numerous issues. When I contacted them for service, I have been repeatedly told that it would be at least a week or two before someone could come out, and they refused to prorate my bill. Also, they have numerous ways to add on additional monthly fees which they don’t tell you about. They also raise your bill 5 percent every year. However, here is the Kicker. just before my contract was due to expire they renewed it for an additional 36 months without my knowledge or approval. When I called and questioned the action, They conveniently provided me with an audio recording of someone else’s voice saying that I gave verbal authorization. The voice in no way even comes close to what I sound like. They purposely committed fraud! Who would expect this kind of behavior from a home security company! Not only is this company unethical, but they are down right criminal. what is the world coming to!

Titanium, LLC security alarm system on home and business owners using and/or engaging in: • Ironclad Contracts with their clients • Breach of fiduciary duty with their clients • Deceptive Trade Practices with their clients • Illegal collection of fees with their clients I have had this system for 10 months, issues 30 days later, still paying for 2 systems $82 Titanium, $82 Brinks=$164 monthly (buyout within 2weeks, 10months later) This company is in full breach of their contracts, preforming money extortion acts, reporting “unfair” information to the credit bureaus, while NEVER providing any services that they have truly rendered. They are increasing rates by 5% "whenever they want". And telling customers to read their contract. Their contract reads the company MAY NOT increase rates during the initial term of the agreement if you selected 60 months. No, customer has a choice, everyone has a 60 month contract with them, therefore the company isn't entitled to any of the increase of funds that they have enforced on the clients. -100 rating

I had someone come to my door then tried to invite herself in. She had no mask on and no mask with her that I could see. She finally got herself in by asking for a drink of water then wouldn't leave because then she wanted to use the bathroom. I felt like my house was being staked for a robbery so I pray that is not the case. Then she sits herself in my kitchen to write down what she could give me. I want interested and asked her to leave she said just another second. I told her I needed to get back to what I was doing, she still talked. It took me 5 times along her to leave before she finally left. Now im scared that I may get broken into. This person made me so nervous. If they come to your door either don't answer or if you do talk with them thru the door otherwise they will force themselves in.

If this company EVER comes to your door or calls you to offer their services...RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest, deceitful, and grimy! The entire time I have had this service it has not worked correctly even after they assured me they would send a tech out to fix the issues. Mind you they draft(ed) my account MONTHLY for services that are not provided. If I could leave a negative 0 stars rating that would be the kindest I could give them. They are garbage.

This company falsely reports high debts owed to them on your credit report! BEWARE! This company placed on my Credit Report 10/27/2020 a Balance Owed of $35,425 I don't know how anyone can rack up a bill of $35,425 in Alarm Monitoring Services. Titanium LLC then immediately sold this debt to a debt buyer Credit Collect. I'd strongly recommend looking into this company before proceeding any further this has damaged my credit and there is no one at Titanium LLC to speak with regarding the removal or verification. Definitely Heed My Warning! Not a legitimate company to deal with after all.

I don’t know how ANYONE would rate this Company above a one. Their customer service is HORRIBLE you are on hold for hours. If you are near the end of your contract your system stops working and they say if I continue they can throw in getting it fixed. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. System is the worst and NO ONE should ever enter into a contract longer than two years- I Did for 3 1/2 MY BAD lesson learned. Please learn from me DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY

My contract was up July of 2022, per customer service I was told to email them at least 30 days in advance that I did not want to renew my contract. I did that actually gave them more than 30 days advance. Why is it that they have yet to cancel my service and still trying to bill me in November. Does not do any good to call cause they all say the same thing. Had to put stop payment on them. I have went went Vivint which is great and great customer service and way better devices and service. I would not recommend this company to anyone , but I do recommend Vivint.

By the way, even though the equipment was damaged last year, we have been paying our bills on time until July this year . I'm 43 years old, and this is the first time in my life that I've given a bad review, because I'm always understanding the difficulties of service companies. But this company has pushed the limits of my endurance. When problems arise, they do not solve them first, but procrastinate, talk nonsense, shirk responsibility, and reverse right and wrong. How does this culture and philosophy support a company with service at its core?

Worse company my husband and I dealt with.. We have been trying to discontinue services since September 2022 and every representative gives us the run around in how to discontinue services. Now they want us to pay $2000.00 from a $212.00 bill. Don't ever go to this company. Worse customer service ever.

Just a bad company. False promises, equipment doesnt work, and they have tech guys behind the desk that dont come out, but try and solve issues over the phone. After being notified of cancellation, they began debiting my account,, sometimes twice per day of varying amounts hoping the charges would go unnoticed. just a lowsy company overall.
