I had a security system with Seacoast Security installed in my elderly mothers home and it not only provides her with an easy way to feel confident living alone, but offers us the peace of mind that we will be notified quickly if something is wrong. She also has a medical alert pendant so she can enjoy her home and yard knowing if she falls, someone will be called to her aid. I wouldn’t be comfortable with her living alone without it!

I have TWO accounts in Blue Hill, Maine with Seacoast Security and am changing companies as the service is very, very BAD. While they are very good at calling to tell you that an alarm is going off.....THEY DO NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. Their faulty equipment FAILS regularly and they insist that they can't fix the FALSE ALARMS unless they are standing in front of the monitor when it is going off....BUT they are located 1 1/2 hours away and can't begin to service these accounts. RUN don't walk away from this company! The safety and security of your family is more important than this PRETEND SECURITY COMPANY!
