We got Protect America because there has been a lot of crime in our community lately. A friend told us about them so we though we'd give them a try. We haven't had any issues with their service far, and the customer service has been excellent. I give them a 10 out of 10.

I have 1st security on my house to help keep an eye on my elderly mother, make sure she is safe when I’m away. The customer service is awesome, my mother has set it off by accident multiple times and they have been amazing helping her and they are patient with her.
