We got Protect America because there has been a lot of crime in our community lately. A friend told us about them so we though we'd give them a try. We haven't had any issues with their service far, and the customer service has been excellent. I give them a 10 out of 10.

We live far out in the country, and there's nobody around us. We wanted security for when we go out of the state. Whenever the alarm goes off or anything, they're quick to respond.

They were the best combination of price, technology and customer service I had run across after intensive research for an alarm for our new home. I was especially struck by how responsive they were to my needs, and how they followed up, without prompting, to check up on my system and concerns.
The new IQ panel is a "mind blower".

I have 1st security on my house to help keep an eye on my elderly mother, make sure she is safe when I’m away. The customer service is awesome, my mother has set it off by accident multiple times and they have been amazing helping her and they are patient with her.
