We got the best deal and we like that it is easy to arm and disarm. We have never had a problem with the security system. The doorbell camera goes off every so often.

Sometimes our equipment is over sensitive, like when a dog barks and it makes the windows rattle it'll set the alarm off. They always call us right away if there's an issue.

It's really good that I can see all my camera angles from my app whenever I want. I have an open service call right now that's been going on for two or three weeks. It seems to take a while to get things resolved.

I phoned customer service once in the last six years and they were the best I talked to . Very accommodating. I love being able to monitor the temperature while we are away in the winter without having to be there in the house itself.

I can view the cameras any time and I always feel secured once the alarm is on. I can always access everything that I need via mobile app. Sometimes I get a rude customer service representative.

They work with us and they have resolved that problem in a hurry. Any problems I've had they've been able to take care of them immediately. I feel secure when I leave my home and I don't worry about it being broken into.

We had to reset our control panel a couple times. Each time when I called them, they walked me through it and told me exactly what to do. We were able to angle the cameras to where we need them for our security.

I enjoy the doorbell monitor. Customer service is courteous. They answer quickly and try to assist you on the phone on the panel each time you call and they usually don't leave until the problem is solved.
