We had our security done by Habitec for our business , and now our home. Mark was our consultant easy to talk to, and really listened to what we needed at the business and home. , as well as what was important to us. Ken was our installer for the business and home and he really went above and beyond. The other security system that we had for years, would not make it easy to leave and Ken did not leave until the job was done. He is professional and really cares about his customers and what their unique needs are We were so impressed with Mark and Ken , we added our home security. I love the honeywell app its gives us notifications on the business as well as home. That is wonderful peace of mind.

Dear Habitech I wanted you to know of my pleasant experience that I’ve had with Marcus a service tech with Habitech, he’s been to our home twice now and on both occasions this young man has went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied 110% before leaving our home! He is warm friendly and willing to do what is needed to get the job done! Thank you Marcus for always being so kind and thank you Habitech for having such a great person working for the company!

I have been a Habitec customer for close to 20 years. I have 3 locations being monitored by them, and have always found the central station personnel to be very helpful to diagnose a simple problem, such as changing codes and the like. I have always been able to speak to the people to resolve problems directly, as this is an issue for one location that is not close to their service area. For example when Comcast came to hook up my house they said that they could not hook the phone up to my alarm because it wasn't digital. Habitec spoke to the Comcast installer to tell him how that they system was capable for what he needed to do, but the installer couldn't follow instructions. When a new Comcast installer came to do the same thing, Habitec was there to assist them again when the tried to back feed the telephone connection. These were done on Saturdays when the tech was on-call, but assisted another vendor who didn't know his job. They did this to ensure that their customer (me) was fully satisfied, even though this wasn't directly a security system issue. If the bad rating is solely because of the non disclosure of prices on their website, then the rating system is flawed. I can call for prices... and by the way I pay around $25 per month for service at each location. This company has great customer service, and isn't this what a rating system is all about? Dan P

They called before they cane so I had 20 minutes which was awesome. He went straight to work and resolved the problem. Apparently the last 3 batteries were not good. He installed another new battery and it is working fine. I am a long time customer

Great Service guy came to my home and restored our service. He was professional and gets 5 stars. However, I followed his repair and discovered that Habitec never checked my communication in over 10 years. We paid for monitoring and we were never connected. Totally Unacceptable. Terrible. I will being filing a complaint.
