Keep up the good work. I like the doorbell camera and that I have an extra camera that I put in the bedroom. The equipment is fine but I did have a problem with the billing but when I called they took care of it right away.

The camera/doorbell camera are great in viewing quality but sometimes they detect too much or they don't detect at all. The notifications also come in minutes later, like if they are lagging to process the notification of what set it off.

It's simple for the user even if you are not very tech savvy. More outdoor products would be pretty cool, like a an outdoor light. Some things they were not able to help because I didn’t get a newer system.

It always lets us know when someone is at our door. And if we're away from the house, it will let us know someone is at the door by ringing my phone. If someone is walking fast in front of our house it will let us know.

The price is very affordable. All the features that come with the system make it worth the cost. I like the control center and that is backed up if somebody does break in. Everything is going well. The representatives are always courteous and quick to respond. If they are not available, they get back to you as soon as possible.

This time my experience is not as good as it was when I used them nine years. I called customer service and I was on hold for five to seven minutes and then I was disconnected. It is quite different now. I enjoy what they provide.

Their security system works well and is easy to use. Just they should follow up with their customers when they want additional services to make it easier for them to get in touch with them. Someone was supposed to call me but I kept getting trapped in the phone book that is very difficult to navigate.

In the beginning I had some problems when I first set it up and they handled it perfectly. They gave me more than I asked for. The cameras have been going in and out. I like the accessibility of it. I would have preferred more options. I really wasn’t given many choices.

I was with another company, I had been with them for years, one of my sensors had fallen off and they wanted to charge me for more tape so I called around and Guardian had good prices. I wanted the system to be a bit louder for me and they were there to troubleshoot. They are good. I like the app and everything.

It's a little expensive for some of the products, the add ons. I think I would reconsider going with Guardian because it was a lot more than the 20 dollar difference from what I thought it was going to be for the add ons.

My home insurance provider recommended Guardian Protection. I am in a five year commitment with them so I have to continue with the m but I do find after looking elsewhere other opportunities are more affordable for the same options.

They’re doing just fine. They update all the time whether it is armed or disarmed. I know they are monitoring. It is very good, modern equipment. With set up, they were functional, punctional and detailed.

Every time I call customer service, they are available. They also call me about different things. Like the motion detector battery was out so they contacted me. My other home monitoring was much cheaper but the sales person was pretty convincing.

Installation was very professional, they came and did their work in fifty and then they were out. They did a very nice job. When I make a service call, it is taken care of in 10 minutes. The system feels safe.

This is our second unit for our rental property. Prior to this, it is has been a very good relationship. The day we had it installed, the technician was also supposed to install an exterior camera and incorporate it into the existing system. For some inexplicable reason they didn’t do the installation and so far nobody had called us for a new installation date and we called them ourselves and nobody in customer service knew anything about it.

When I tried to schedule services to start back up, I found that customer support never changed the name on the account so it is still associated with the tenant and when we went in to change it, they misspelled my name so I had to call back to change it and then they finally showed up but without the equipment I needed so I am still waiting for one more item to be installed in my house.
