Anytime we had a problem with the alarm, we just called and they did all the repairs that it needed. They would also call right away when it would go off, and even send an officer, so I'd say they've been very responsive. The service has really given me a peace of mind, and I'm just very satisfied with it.

One thing I don't like about them is that they don't check on their product. I had to replace the battery in it, which is a very difficult task for a 70-year-old woman like me, so I ended up having to call a technician to do it. Besides that, I think the service has been worth my money.

When they offered me their service, the price scheme was reasonable, and the product was very easy to install. Their customer support has been fine; however, I did have a problem a recently where a couple of the panels were not working properly. They were willing to upgrade it, so I'd say the experience was fine. In terms of their billing, I think that can improve a bit.

Everything has been by the book! If you have any problems, they check it out and monitor the system, and make sure all your sensors are working properly and everything. I just wish they offered fire protection. They didn't have cameras when I signed up, so that's something I'd like as well.

It was easy to install, and I did it myself. It's been a while, so I'm sure my system probably needs an update, especially the sensors on the doors and windows. Customer service is pretty good, but I'd think they'd have my phone number by now. My alarm went off the other day, and they were only able to get a hold of my wife.

Everything has been good, except for the tape. It doesn't stick very well, and would set the alarm off when it would fall. It happened so many times that the Police warned us that it would cost us $80 the next time it happened. Besides that, I think their customer service has been great.

As long as the installation process is described step by step by their representatives, it's quite easy. So far, their customer support has been fine; I haven't seen any issues. The equipment is working; however, it's getting older. I've noticed that there were some changes, but I wasn't notified about that. I actually updated my sensors recently, but they ran out pretty quick.

The equipment is far. I had to change a lot of batteries, and the parts don't stick well to the wall. Besides that, the installation process is easy because of the design. I ordered a new system, but it was never sent, so I have a partially working system to this day. I'm actually thinking of dropping it. They're very nice people on the phone. Very friendly and very nice, but it's hard to actually speak to a representative. I feel like they let me down. I gave them my credit card for the new system, and it never came.

Although the installation was simple, the equipment seems to be outdated. I've checked their website and they don't have any significant updates, so I've considered changing suppliers. Plus, the monthly fees are too high. There are services out there where you can pay almost half of what I'm paying, so changing providers is something I'm considering for the future.

I didn't particularly like the fact that we had to install the system ourselves, but after they told my husband what to do, we didn't have any trouble with it. So far, they've been there for us every time we've needed them. I do have an issue with the system though. Sometimes it says that the back door is open, and it's not. That's just 100% messed up, and I haven't had a chance to talk to them about that.

As a disabled person, it's hard for me to do certain things they want me to do. I can't get around furniture. Plus, the door and window equipment can be so fragile that when I put in a new battery, it breaks. Their customer support can be a little confusing as well. I kept asking for certain device, but they never sent it. Instead, they would send key chains over. It turned out that they did send it, but I just never received it, so it's all sorted out now. Besides all that, the fact the alarm system tells me when the door is open is very beneficial. I had a home invasion, just a couple of teenagers, and by the time I was on the phone with them, the cops had come over already. I am grateful for that. However, I do have to say that they've gotten so expensive. I'm living off of Social Security now, and what started as $21 is now $50, so that's a cost issue.

The system is quite average, not spectacular, just average. Also, their customer service varies. Sometimes it's very good, and other times it's quite frustrating. Anytime wee have to make any changes or replace devices, it's an all day process. It's very difficult to do, so it's not what I would a user friendly system. It's self-sustaining when there's no changes needed, but it's quite difficult when you need them.

Overall, the equipment is good, however, it sometimes goes offline. The online app, and the convenience of being able to control it from anywhere is a very positive thing. It would be nice to have a common interface with other home devices though. On top of that, it was simple to install, and their representatives were very helpful and courteous.

Customer support has been great! Their response was absolutely great every time that I've had to use them, even if it's a false alarm. It was pretty simple to install as well, pretty seamless. Also, if I have an issue with the equipment, they just replace it, so that's been great!
