Whenever I have a problem, it is very hard to connect with them, you will be waiting. There is no person that is on stand by for the problem, if ever you have a problem they will tell us that, they will let you know. I wait and they say somebody will call back. It's really is a good security system overall. I don't have any other problem. We're looking forward to being able to upgrade to a wireless system that doesn't require a cellphone, though.

So far, it's been really good. The only issue I've had is with the motion detector. I've never had a problem with their customer support. They take care of everything right away, I just have to call. I find them very easy to work with, and I'm planning on sticking with them for a while.

I installed everything myself, and they just configured the sensor over the phone. Plus, their agents were great. I do have to say that the sensors don't work properly from time to time. I've had to ask them to send me a new one, but besides that, it's all been good.

They have been very good, every time that I have called them to add more sensors, or to replace sensors that are going bad. I never received the canned smoke to test the smoke detectors though. Besides that, every time the alarm goes off, they call me, the Police, and 2 family members as well. They've been very good about that.

Everything has worked out just fine, however, I did have a problem. I accidentally set the alarm off, and they called me promptly, but I couldn't get a hold of customer service or something. It kept cycling back to the main switch board. It bothered me that I couldn't get a hold of somebody that could help me.

It was easy to self-install, and it has a good price, so we like it! Plus, their agents have always been great! If we have technical issues, they stay on the phone until it's fixed. I think their box is a little obsolete, because we frequently have to upgrade the box. Otherwise, the equipment works pretty well.

The price is what really made me choose Protect America. Although the system is good, just like anything else, certain parts break or need replacement. Their customer support is only fair, because I really need someone to come out here every now and then to fix something, and they don't offer that. I've asked for a technician to come out, but they want to charge me an outrageous amount of money. I'm not happy about that, but I'm not changing either.

This was the most affordable option at the time I was looking for a security system, and so far, they've been great! Every time I call, they answer my questions. They put you on hold sometimes, but that's okay. I also installed the whole thing myself, and it wasn't so bad. The equipment hasn't had any issues either. As a matter of fact, they just upgraded me to a digital system, free of charge! Their customer service is really good, they just have an answer to all my questions.

It was fairly easy to install. Of course, you have to do it yourself, but it was fairly easy. Plus, you can call them for any help you may need, and they stay on the phone with you, until the problem is fixed. They simply address the problem.

Customer service is very good! They always pick up the phone, and there's always somebody willing to help. If someone doesn't help, or cannot help at the time, they escalate it to a supervisor, and they always get back to you on time. I have had Protect America for at least 8 years now, and it's been excellent!

I really haven't had too much opportunity to use them. My alarm went off by accident once, and I couldn't shut it off. The police showed up, and the Protect America team convinced them that everything was okay. Besides that, I haven't had much interaction with them. I don't know how I would describe my experience with them, because I can't stop the alarm from beeping every 10 to 15 minutes. Actually, I would only think about activating it, if I were to go out of town.
