I cancelled after 15 yrs with ADT. They are still charging my credit card. I called and they said they have to have 30 days notice so we were charged an extra month but got no services.

Beware of this company!!!!!!! Home was robbed and their keypad smashed and they say they never received a signal! They don’t care and when it comes to refunding your unused monitoring fee good luck getting it.

Mis-sold a monitored system, paid $45 a month for nothing and small print detailed a 3 year contract which had to be paid in full to cancel. These guys are bigger theives that those the system is designed to keep out.

My alarm went off and the the patrol guys just came and parked on the street and never even opened their car window to check what's happening. And then they lied to their office and said the gate was too high.
