Travelers Insurance is my current insurer (3 years). I have found them to be excellent. Near the end of the first year we had an overflowing toilet that caused water damage and mold to three bedrooms and both bathrooms. I called customer service to report the damage and within minutes I was contacted by an adjuster who came out three days later He wrote a check and assured me that if further damage was found that it would be covered. The reimbursement was accepted by the home restoration company that did all the work. Overall I am highly pleased with Travelers Insurance .

I have been with Travelers for almost 2 years.I saved over $1,000 a year when I applied with Travelersn on my house and vehical insurance. For 2022 my monthly payment was reduced $19. First time I had this happen. Travelers is the obly company that would insure my 18 year old grandson for a affordable rate. I am really pleased to be with Travelers!!

They have been very easy to deal with. We had a claim last year when a plumber flooded our house, and while the repair process was slower than I would have liked, the fact is they gave me a very fair price for all the work (we paid a bit extra for some minor improvements), and they even covered the cost of asbestos abatement as we discovered that our original flooring contained asbestos.

I've had Travelers insurance for about two years and I have never had an issue. The agent was super helpful when explaining the different coverages to me and customizing a plan that fitted my budget. I would definitely recommend Travelers. When I did have an issue with my homeowner insurance the agent was extremely helpful and efficient in resolving my issue.

I use Travelers for my Home Insurance, and have previously used it for my auto, event, and travel insurance. My experience across those different types of insurance has varied WILDLY - event insurance feels like a storefront to take your money without any customization while home insurance seems more modern and gives you more ability to customize and submit claims. I had to submit a claim for my event insurance (for my wedding), and the only possible way to do so was to LEAVE A VOICEMAIL - I then heard back ~7 days later that I'd been denied for some nonsense reason. BUT, meanwhile, they've been a great home insurance partner who've called me regularly to make sure I have the best rate.

My previous insurance was with a huge insurer. And it was thru my Union so I believed I had great insurance. I didn't even have good insurance. Today I am with Travelers where my deductibles are $500, at my old insurance company they were $1000.00, And I didn't have half the coverage I do now for half the price. I had called several other insurers before deciding on Travelers and I don't see myself ever changing.

My home had hail damage from a storm and Travelers authorized my roof to be replaced with no hassle or delay. My policy covered everything minus my deductible. The entire process took less than two weeks from start to finish.

Travelers Insurance is prompt in taking care of issues that arise. When a storm ruined our roof, Travelers sent an inspector to check out the situation. We were pleased with how quickly the process of roof replacement could begin. We have never been unhappy or disappointed when dealing with Travelers. We highly recommend this insurance company.

You may be ineligible for home insurance from Travelers if you own specific dog breeds. This completely ruined their reputation in my mind, and I decided to not get a policy through them even though their rates were quite good. Their customer service did notify me of this promptly and I'm grateful they did so I did not have to waste my time with them.

Although I got a better quote because I am an Amazon employee, I am finding that every month ( 3months now) my payment is not getting posted in a timely manner. When I called the company, they said I have to allow 2-3 WEEKS for payment to be processed. I told them that was ridiculous because I pay for paper billing and by the time they get the statement to me, it doesn't allow me 2-3 weeks for processing. Payments go to TX. Travelers is in my state of CT, the insurance capital of the world. You would think that a payment center that is in this state would be an option or at least, be competent enough to process payments in a timely manner. The agent that quoted me is not as easy to reach as he was when I was looking for a quote. The company says that I could pay over phone. I paid for paper billing. They should be accommodating that service and they are not.

I would never use Travelers for my Home insurance. The adjustors estimate the losses very very low, and are very hard to get a hold of. Homeowners end up usually having to pay out of pocket expenses. Their policies have many stipulations that after filing a claim I realized my loss expenses were excluded from my policy and I ended up paying a lot of out of pocket expenses.
