DETAILS
I paid claims for them for 30 years and found them to be completely reliable to their insureds, so when I became eligible for Medicare I chose them for mu supplement plan. Since the day I was insured, 02/01/2013, I have never paid a deductible or co-insurance amount. I only pay my premiums and I can go to any doctor or hospital at any time without referrals or pre-approvals. Choose Plan F - you'll be very happy!

They are charging me an out of network fee for a skin cancer surgery not available to me in-network. Denied my appeal to bill as tier 1. I received no upfront counseling that my bill would be 500% higher than I thought. They even identify the doctor as in-network.

Cigna is an excellent company with decent in-network coverage as well as healthcare providers that widely accept Cigna. The transition my company made to Cigna coverage was exceptionally smooth and transparent.

rock bottom worst! Is it incompetence or intended. Failure to read doctor Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis May 1, 2017. Type 2 Diabetes reflected in Active Problems on My Chart. Ongoing treatment & tests results. Current doctor notes on my chart underlined /bolded Type 2 Diabetes. Medications denied. Appeals pending 60 days. Horrible no accountability or standards for service

BlueCross BlueShield’s program Blue365® offers discounts on products and services that support financial health, nutrition, fitness, and more. Blue365® is not available from all of BlueCross BlueShield’s subsidiaries. Check with your BlueCross BlueShield subsidiary to see if you’d have access to this program.
Cigna’s program Healthy Rewards® offers discounts on alternative medicine, vitamins, fitness, and more. It is included with most of Cigna’s health plans. Most of Cigna’s health plans also include Telehealth, which allows members to schedule virtual appointments with doctors. This feature makes it easy and quick to meet with a doctor for non-emergency situations.
