Awful. They do not cover a dime of anything until the deductible has been met. My company used to have UHG and they would still cover most things. BCBS does not, so their high deductible plans are absolutely beyond worthless. Garbage insurance "provider".

Terrible company to work with that cares little about customer health and all about their bottom line. Reject any claim they can and require appeals. Recently had an emergency pop up requiring an immediate MRI around the holidays and they still rejected it. Also disappointed with my company for selecting such a narrow minded corporation like this.

BlueCross BlueShield’s program Blue365® offers discounts on products and services that support financial health, nutrition, fitness, and more. Cigna’s program Healthy Rewards® offers discounts on alternative medicine, vitamins, fitness, and more. It is included with most of Cigna’s health plans. Most of Cigna’s health plans also include Telehealth, which allows members to schedule virtual appointments with doctors. This feature makes it easy and quick to meet with a doctor for non-emergency situations.
BlueCross BlueShield stands out from Cigna because of its Total Care and Blue Distinction® ratings for health care providers and hospitals. These designations consider both the quality and cost of health services offered by providers and hospitals.
