They left my family with medical debt because the balance they said we have to pay is too high. Don't understand why money is deducted from someones check and they leave you to cover large amounts.

We have to send in additional forms sometimes for certain prescriptions to be filled because a doctor's prescription is not good enough. Not happy with the back and forth of such prescriptions.

Aetna provides excellent benefits -- on paper. Unfortunately, it is their adjusters (not you or your doctor) that deem care "medically necessary". Seems crazy.
