Pitch and signing with Bill O. went great. Had some issues with the roof I needed to fix and things fell apart from there. I got the roof stuff fixed and called AJ V. and left a message to reschedule install. No return call. I call again and leave another message and he finally calls me back the next day, says they can install on Saturday. I say Saturday isn't that good can we do another day and he says, tomorrow Thursday. I say great fine let's do it. Nobody shows up Thursday. Nobody shows up Saturday. I call and he has no recollection of our conversation????? I thought I made it really clear, it didn't seem like an ambiguous conversation but I guess it was for AJ??? He was pretty disappointing and basically said I was making it up. Immediately went to blaming me (idk why, just say you're sorry and not sure what happened and you didn't understand but that you'll fix it. Not hard. Customer service 101 stuff). If AJ was better could easily be 5 stars.

For how it's initially performing, not near the value for the cost. The install went well. The crew was professional and focused. What stands out initally: 1. The new 50' section installed on my back yard deck roof: a. Was butted up next to a large, mature oak. When the wind blew the tree pushed against the end of the gutter. It screeched and pushed on the gutter. Over time it would have damaged the gutter and the constant rubbing noise kept me awake at night. Rain water is leaking behind the gutter where it is attached to the facade. I've shaved the tree trunk back and will have to caulk the leaks. The downspout catches fill with runoff debris. Hoping this subsides over time. Too much debris is getting into gutter system.

I think the product quality is great, but a sales person should not be promising a design that installer cannot accomplish. Our installer tried to put a downspout in the middle of the run, where we specifically said we did not want one. The sales person told us it would work fine without a spout in the middle, but the installer discovered a low spot. We made him take the spout out because the water would have ended up in our basement, but now the low spot has no way to drain and just spills over the top of the gutter. I’m going to have to tear part of my roof apart to fix it. It’s not the installer’s fault, he told us this would happen, but ultimately, he could not deliver the product that the sales person promised.

They didn't clean up metal scraps or screws I have called a few times no one's called back because of the stuff they left laying around I had screw in my tire and very disappointed that myself or my animals could of been hurt by the pieces of medal that were left laying in my yard especially thank god I found the metal before I ran it over with my lawn mower or that one of the kids didn't fall on it or get cut and then when we told the guy he couldn't run a downspout down a spot that it would drain into my foundation he told us well I'm not coming back if it doesn't work right he wanted to route it all around my windows across the house to the ground instead of leaving my downspouts where they were very disrespectful not very professional and then when they finished they asked how it was being paid for cash or credit card when it was financed and then told us the cash down payment wasn't put on our account just got so disrespectful to the point I told the guy to just take the gutters back off and put my old ones back then he's like hold on I'll call my boss to where he found out I wasn't lieing about it being financed didn't apologize for the misunderstanding or anything just all around unprofessional

I got new gutters. The sales person was on point about everything I wanted to hear. They got everything installed First and foremost, I look at the receipt they don’t give you a paper one so I had to search for it and see that they overcharged me for two downspouts, they were going to refund the money, but I decided to have one of the downspouts fixed so it was supposed to be just a refund for one downspout at this point they said they could add the other downspout too so I said that’s fine they never added the other downspout and they never refunded the money to get to the actual gutters, they are leaking in the corners the first week, have birds nest in them, etc pretty much everything they sold me on and the reason why I chose them my stupid fault I should’ve researched it more at this point no one even answers the phone when I call about the leaking corner, downspout, or the refund so it’s supposed to have a lifetime warranty mind you these gutters were just installed a couple months ago

The system is great; I’ve used it in another location over 20 years. The price is ridiculous. I tried to outfit two houses, and I could have bought a third for what they wanted originally. Finally did the smaller one. Salesman was locked in, and continued his spiel though I told him to stop. On the larger house, I had downspouts, and was willing to use them. But, no, had to do it their way. When they finished, the downspouts had been hung on the siding rather than the trim, leaving siding showing between downspout and siding. Sloppy and careless. I love the system, but cannot recommend because of high price, lack of options, and sloppy installation.

I would give 5 stars if they were a little cheaper. They are without doubt the best gutters around, 20 years and never cleaned had to clean one. We recently just had more put on and at a rough average of $100 a foot, they are expensive! But still worth it. The money is something you have to consider for sure, you can pay to have you gutters cleaned 3 times a year for probably as long as you own the house for the price of these. I still love them and will buy again.

Workers broke a window. Left the site and never reported it. Workers returned to put plastic over window - only after I reported damage - and on return visit drove truck onto lawn ... got the truck stuck and had to call to be towed ... and left lawn with very large ruts. This was not reported to supervisor either. Supervisor later reimbursed for window and had workers bring dirt to fill in ruts.

The workers fell off a latter or the latter slipped and damaged my neighbors vinyl siding. They didn't tell me and a few days latter I saw where one side of the latter was deeper on one side, in the ground. She has not noticed, but they should have told me. Otherwise I'm satisfied.

After spending nearly nine grand on gutters, downspouts, etc, I have a plastic diverter, above ground, to keep the eater away from my HVAC unit. My salesman told me it is the only resolution. Had I known, I likely would not have chosen your company. I think I got taken on this job. Im not a happy customer.

The follow-up response for installation of splash blocks still has not happened. Also noted, the downspouts are noisy as can be. Even in the lightest rain they reverberate throughout the house. with my installation with its eight downspouts, the noise is enough to wake me up from a sound sleep.

Installation seemed to go well but there were a couple areas that needed remediation. When I emailed the company about the matter, I was promptly told that it would be addressed on a certain date. That date came and went and yet the problem persisted. I sent another email to the company but weeks later have not received a reply.

Last big storm my new gutters were overflowing!! Water was spraying out both sides of the clean out!!! When I checked it the next day it was clean!+!!! I don't know why they are needed at the end of waters path !!! And I paid for the stupid things!!! David R.

Gutters are attractive and seem to be well made. The gutters work as advertised. They are a bit noisy which was revealed by the installer only after they were completed. This is a product that is way over priced and extremely expensive. We chose them because we could afford the price and we wanted that style of product.

They had to come back because the end cap was leaking. Now its leaking in the middle of my gutter. Called yesterday 4:16 and they told me the manager was in a meeting to call back at noon tomorrow 4/17. They could have told me that they will call me back.

The workers came and did the gutters in the snow. Since this was the case they left cut metal everywhere, cut zip ties, and gutter nails from existing gutters. Other then that they were great.

Expected perfection for that very high price. There is a piece of downspout draining right onto the roof. Expect the shingles under that drain will need to be replaced before the rest of the roof.
