Even though the product is great, I am giving LeafGuard a 2 star rating because of the installer not listening to what we are telling them. First, I specifically instruct the installer to call first prior to arriving. He never listened. They just arrived and started working without coordinating with my husband. Second, my husband instructed them on two areas where the downspout need to be on the same spot as the old one. They ignored it. Some elbows of the downspout was poorly connected. I have to send pictures. They have to come back, again the installer did not coordinate with my husband even though I specifically instructed them to coordinate with him. Installer was in a rush. They were short of materials and had to use some of the old usable materials in our junk piles. Installers are also rough in the work area. One drops a ladder intentionally on the lower level and it broke a couple of brunches of our plant. Installers also left the work area untidy. My husband had to clean up after them. My husband even use magnets to pick up all the sharp debris.

The rep was very good at selling the services, however, when there was an issue with wood being replaced the team dropped any communication with us. There was a discrepancy in what we expected as a customer with our old rotted wood, and what was told to us about what would/would not qualify being fixed by their team. I spoke to a representative on the phone questioning our responsibility of finding a carpenter to fix the wood prior to the last gutter being placed on the front of our house and never heard back. So as of right now we have one portion of the house which still needs to be fixed prior to the gutter being placed. I am paying $650 a month which is way more than I thought I would be paying for this type of service. In addition the team which installed the gutters left the large nails from the old gutters laying all over the yard and I am still finding some of these in the ground. Overall, not impressed with the resolution and will still at some point need to call to have the last piece of the gutter installed after I find a carpenter that I can afford to replace the wood (which again discrepancy with what was sold and understood vs. what happened with the rotting wood.)

First off, I looked in the newspaper and saw that 15% off was being given...I don't remember getting 15% off of my final plan. Second, in 2017 I had a similar amount of install on the upper part of my house. Granted prices have gone up, but this last install was over twice the price of the last install. Finally, having called twice about a leaking end to one section of the newly installed gutter, I was promised a repair on Monday, the 22nd of April. It is now Tuesday night and I have neither heard or seen any repair people. I guess a THIRD call is in order. And what happened to the complaints I had on the last survey you sent me? Do you read these at all???

Did not like the used car salesman means of establishing the price. Price it by the linear foot with options for upgrades. Installation was supposed to include three downspouts on the back of the house. Only two were installed. Salesman must have said twenty times that you can't even put a piece of paper between the gutter and the facia... there is water coming down on the wrong side of the gutters. Supposed to be leaf guard, but there is debris on the gutters along all sides of my house. Still finding massive nails dropped during tear down and installation. I let Tyler M. know that I had water coming down behind the gutters. I even sent a video. He said he notified the production manager on March 16th and said he'd be reaching out and I have never heard anything from anyone at LeafGuard. Grossly overpaid for this product and service.

I spent a lot of money on gutters. Didn't get to see them make the gutters in the truck like was said. Didn't have things that were agreed upon when installed. But did get put on after I had to message back. Was told there wasn't going to be a big mess.. I have to clean my flat roof of all debris. Wife didn't like the look of a gutter above the garage, but that was thrown aside at walk through. There were parts left in my yard. And roof that I had to pick up. Sharp pieces on a downspout. That look reused from old gutter. Had to take pictures because they didn't take them after installation. Did like the salesman though. Probably the best part. If I had to do it again, I would go with regular gutters and maintain them myself...

Product is good but they start off acting all friendly like they will take care of any issues but the second they finish the job they will mark you off as someone who already paid with no cares for your issues. My specific issue is they forgot to instal an entire piece! I have now paid thousands of dollars for an incomplete project and no response from the company. Who wouldn’t be outraged by such a scenario?!

The gutter on one corner of my house was running down away from the downspout... so the water was flowing over the gutter instead on into the downspout . The gutters put on my house are 4 inch gutters in spite of me repeatedly telling them that my house shed massive amounts of water when it rains. The four inch gutters do not handle the amount of water from my roof when it rains and my basement floods. Everyone I've had contact with has been extremely nice. I just wish that for $26,000.00 , my gutters worked as intended.

There was no communication that final pmt was rec'd. Requested hard-copy of receipt for svs rendered. Never received. My large Japanese Maple was damaged during installation. Prior request to pls. take care was not taken. Very dissappointed. No follow-up from company.

Wasn’t happy with the finish look. Flashing was wavy and not professional looking. The gaps in the opening of the gutters aren’t uniform. Over 30 screws have been found in my driveway in multiple locations causing one flat. Nice product bad install

The product is good but the installation, and service is terrible. They left my house looking like the gutters were falling off. The salesman gave us bo ideal how bad it would look and refused to take the leaf on making it right. The service manager just wants to talk past you and guide you back to his script of welcoming you to the family.

I asked for certain things to be done, spoke to the project manager and yet the workers who showed up didn’t have enough supplies to get the job finished. Frustrating talking to people who are not communicating at the company level. When I asked when the next visit would be to complete the job, silence.

Very unprofessional on the job being done. Going on 4 weeks and never completed their job. I WISH I never heard about this company. The mailing put out said professional installation and that is a lie. Do not recommend this company.

When I signed up for your gutters I was told that my monthly payment ( I chose 18 months SAC on Synchrony) was going to be approximately $70/ month.. NEVER was mentioned that there would be a “ balloon payment “ or I would NOT have chosen that option.. I’ve had problems with the system since they were installed… I want a full refund..
