original installation was good. We have an overflow in one area that was reported and attempted to repair by you. The next heavy rain showed that the repair was unsuccessful.

I had some small leaks from gutters not hanging properly and was told by the Leaffilter salesperson that when they installed more gutter supports and added the leaf filter my problem lead problems would stop. With the first rain after installation my leaked are more than twice the size as prior to installation and have more. I am so disappointed. I would prefer not having these things at all. Grade F-

Since leaf filters have been installed my gutters leak in many places around the entire house. The end cap also leaks as so does the corner joints and at one of the valley the rain just pours over the gutter. the gutters were never re-align as stated by the salesman and the water just lays in the corner and constantly drips on my deck. The job was not done properly. I would NOT recommend LEAF FILTER to anyone.

If I could give a negative star value, they would certainly deserve it. I entered into a contract with LeafFilter over two years ago. Soon after my "system" was installed we had a very heavy rain. The water that came off the roof just poured over the top of the screens, and we started to have water leaking between the gutters and the facia. We made numerous calls to them. Never once got a person to talk with, always had to leave a voice message. Not one time did they ever return my calls, until I called and posed as a potential customer. Then I actually got a person to talk with, by the second ring. AMAZING! Isn't it? They then connected me to their local office, one state away. After explaining my situation, they flat-out refused to do anything to remedy the problem that they themselves created. It also took an entire day, for two installers, to install 80 feet of gutter. I'm seventy and could have done a better job in half the time, alone. it cost a whopping $4300 for 80 feet of cheap screen. No bends, only straight runs, all less than 15 feet off the ground.

We had LeafFilter come out and give us a quote. They really do seem like the best option but I do not like the high pressure sales or having the price go down the more you say no which means a lot of people are paying more than necessary if they say yes right away.

Saw the commercials, called for estimate when they were doing a $100 visa gift card promotion. Install was quick, total cost was more than my estimate (but not by much). I am not very satisfied with this product, the wet leaves just end up staying on top of the screen and not blowing off (because they're wet and heavy). I wish I would have gone with a similar company (Leaf Guard) because their design seems like it would eliminate the problem I'm having.

Leaf Filter is definitely one of the top competitors when it comes to gutter protection. The project is an investment that can take some time to decide since the quotes are usually very high. Other companies, however, can range around the same. So, it would depend on the type of gutter guards to go with or no gutter guards with maintenance. Leaf Filter offered me lifetime warranty, which was a decision maker for me.
