RIPOFF ALERT!!!!! The sales rep told me that All American trains their own installers, and that was a lie. The installer showed up towing a trailer with "GUTTERS" spray painted on the side. All American just hired a local gutter guy. I called the local guy to fix all of the leaks after the first rain. I paid $8000 for gutters that if I hired this gutter guy I would have paid less than $4000. All American is a ripoff.

After installation the technician noticed some shingles that were loose. He was going to speak with his supervisor but never heard anything. OK, so the don't do roofing but the guard they put up has been causing the rain runoff to pour into our covered porch causing mold to develop where we previously never had a problem.

Are gutters don’t clog as much but installer did not get gutters to drain properly and put back stops up that catch a lot of debris and has to be cleaned constantly

There is one gutter end that is still leaking although the installer said that he fixed it. Also, at the junction of a valley, the water continues to run over the gutter and down the wall.

In late spring early summer the oak and hickory trees finished dropping their leaves a lot of them were built up on the gutters and we had an extremely hard rain storm and it did not wash off the leaves and gutters over flowed. So I still had to get a ladder out and clean them off. I called them up they said if it happens again they will send me a leaf blower. It hasn’t happened again. However the leaves are just starting to fall so I’ll see what happens then. Bob

All American had a deal with our HOA in our last neighborhood. I believe if 10 of us signed up for the gutter guards we got a pretty significant discount. Protecting your gutters from debris is not cheap but it is worth it. Only one slight problem which finally led me to remove the tree. Large pine trees with long needles will sometimes form a "thatch" over the gutter. This required me to get on the roof with a broom. Which eventually led me to have the tree removed. Over all I was very happy.

As listed below on the invoice , please see what they offered for only $95: “Our procedure consists of blowing the debris out of the gutter, and into the grassy area to be mulched up on the next mowing. Upon request, we can bucket and haul away the debris for an additional charge, estimated onsite at the time of service.” Do they came and did the job right away . Te team co sister of 2 people and we were impressed!!
