All gutter end caps leaked in moderate rain, none were sealed with calk. Two of the newly installed gutters were over run at first rain. I had discussed this with the estimator as a potential problem! Several large bushes ( small trees) had broken branches, one a Japanese Dwarf Maple lost it's front skirt. The estimator claimed to be a supervisor and would inspect the final job, I have yet to see the man! The preformed curved down spouts are poorly attached, some with one (1) screw. NOTE: I HAVE LEFT THE COMPANY TRUST WORTHINESS BLANK!

The installer showed up five days late, even though the weather was perfect on the originally scheduled day. Neither the company nor the installer contacted me about rescheduling; he simply showed up five days late. The installer then refused to reschedule and insisted that the job had to be done that day while I was at work. He did such a poor job trying to re-pitch one of my gutters that it looks like he almost ripped it off. A large part of the mesh is not angled down away from the house as promised; instead, it is flat, causing leaves and other plant matter to build up on top. My gutter is now dented in places it wasn't before. I should have never signed off on the completion of the project.
