I am just starting my program. Knowing that if I stick with the program, I will be debt free in about 53 months is very liberating and frees me of stress. When life threw me a curve ball, I was thankful that Freedom Debt Relief was there to lend a helping hand. As my situation change my financial burden is becoming to be a big challenge.
Fortunately, FDR explained to me that they can help and provide the assistance i need to deal with my creditors and propose a plan to be debt free. It was this or bankruptcy and I am so glad we chose to use FDR! Everyone that we have dealt with during this whole process have been amazing. Always willing to help and get us in the right direction toward paying off our debt. Yes your credit does take a hit but it starts to slowly recover as soon as your first debt is settled. At first I was very nervous to make this decision to do this cuz I wasn’t sure what to expect. Chris has helped me through so much explaining the process and all. So far everything I was told would happen has happened. I have been treated very well by customer service when I have called to discuss something and have received good information. The payment system is working well and I have completed two payoffs and have three more that are being paid on right now. My savings on these debts has been real good.

FDR was very helpful to us in resolving our debts. They were always available to us when we had questions. They were up front with us in the steps of progression of the whole process. We had our reservations and the anxiety of taking so long was hard to overcome on our own. They were just a phone call away and were always reassuring us that everything was going as scheduled. I was very skeptical about joining this program at first. But I took the chance and I have not been let down yet and I don’t expect to be. So far after being with the program a little over 6 months I have already paid off 3 accounts with over 70% discount, and working on the 4th account to be paid off. I made some poor money choices in my early 20's and then had a family with two kids with medical issues and even if a with good job I was falling behind and had such bad stress that i was making myself sick. I was really apprehensive after I committed to FDR. I was constantly getting calls from Creditors which I did not answer. I changed contact information on as many of the creditors that I could. I kept waiting for some outcome knowing that it could take awhile. However, FDR has already settled a large debt for a great amount and I am thrilled. This program works!

It was certainly a God sent to find FDR. I couldn't be happier. It has only been about 6 months and already four of the seven credit accounts have been solved; either paid in full or will be in a short period of time. Everyone at FDR is very friendly and helpful. I have saved thousands of dollars with this program. I don't really hear from the creditors, so I assume they are all satisfied with the agreements made by FDR on my behalf. Don't worry anymore about your debts. They can be paid down. Just trust FDR. They will take care of them for you.

I like the fact that I don’t have to call and negotiate my debt however they charge a monthly fee, another monthly fee for legal representation, and the settlement fees is per debt and seemed high to me. So out of 12k my debts were settle down to 7/8k but with the fees it adds another 1/3 k so not a huge savings at the end but been a single mom it help me and force me to not get in debt and pay everything back as I should. I appreciate it the service.

I am so grateful for FDR. I've been in the program for 7mos and will be debt free by 2019. The BEST decision I could have made. They have made my life less stressful by helping me resolve my debt. At first I was hesitant about getting it, but after doing my research and talking with their counselors it all seemed like a good fit. When we were researching it we knew that they could help us pay off our debt a lot earlier than what we could on our own. It was very scary at first, especially since we had to link all our accounts to them, but things have turned out very well. Every time I've called them they have answered every question I had. I never got a recorded message or anything, it was always a live person. They sent me emails and phone calls to update me on the progress. They have been able to get me out of debt and I feel good with them. At first they came out and explained everything that had to be done, what was going to happen, etc. They are always there to help me when I needed them and they answered any questions I had. They would email me or call me to let me know how my account was doing. I felt very good and it was a relief, I really appreciated their help in getting me out of debt. I only wish I had done it earlier.

I needed to get it because of debt. Enrolling is very easy and straightforward. Their customer service people help me all the way through the entire process. I get text messages and emails updating me on the progress they've made and I can also look at it through the account that was set in their website. We needed some help at the time and we heard about it from Shark Tank and Barbara Corcoran. Since it sounded like a good deal we went with it. They have always been there when we have questions or need any kind of help. Usually I get updates through their phone calls but I can also look at my dashboard to see that. They let me know whenever they are about to settle a debt and everything has gone quickly. I've been very happy with them, I don't think I could've found a better service.

At first I was unsure of using it since I knew it would hurt my credit, but they have really been able to help me out. They have been very responsive and ended up helping me more than I thought they would. They have worked with the creditors and saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration trying to figure out what I could and couldn't do. All of this is getting done faster than what I thought they would. They've kept me updated through email and text and have provided me with a way to consolidate my debt that also helped me fill my credit back up.

I saw the advertisements and I just went ahead and called them up to find out more about them. They explained things well to me and told me what to expect. They also gave me numbers that I could call in case I had any questions. If I had any questions, they would tell me the answers or tell me what to do to solve problems. If I ever needed to check up on the progress of things I could go to my account and look at that. Of course, they always also called me and send me emails to give me updates. In general everything was pretty self explanatory in how it worked.

I saw it advertised on T.V. and I needed the help. They have been very courteous and easy to work with. I get emails when something important happens. I'm happy with it since it gave me some relief as far as my debt is concerned. The only thing that's uncomfortable is their fees which are a little high. Still, for what they're doing to help me I think they're fine. It was an easy experience, they didn't belittle me or cheap me, they have been very nice and respectful.

I called in to speak to their consultant and it seemed like it had the things that I needed, so I went with it. They've definitely helped me reduce the debt that I had. If something happened with my account or things got settled I would get notices on my cellphones. I could also look at a website they had. They've met the time frame in which they said my debt would be settled. I was in a desperate situation with a heavy burden and they really helped me with it, I didn't stress as much and I'm totally out of debt now.
