I approached FDR with a problem that I had with my credit cards. The first reduction I received was a 3000 reduction in what I owed. They are still working on my other accounts and I am sure that the same results will apply. I have a very caring manager the I can call at any time and get outstanding results. I am able to go on line and check my account and follow the results as they are happening.

When I found FDR I was at my lowest. Deeply in debt with little hope of ever seeing the light of day. From day one their agents made me feel there was a way out and they would be there every step of the way. Never did they make me feel ashamed of the amount of debt I had or that I could not get out of it.
The whole process was easy with great customer support. I think the best part was not having to deal with the creditors. Although not out of debt yet, I am well on my way.

It was a simple process. I thought it would take longer to resolve my debt issues. They walked me though the process step by step. They were professional and non judgmental. I had been considering debt relief for many months before I inquired. I was paying my creditors on time, but was only paying the minimum monthly payments. I never considered bankruptcy. each time i call i am amazed how they ttreat me! they are very nice and professional. i had a debt that went to collections and they handled it. i worried about it until i called them and talked to them but after i got off the phone with them u had no more worries. a few days later they informed me that they settled the debt. that easy for me!! i could not ask for better service. i thank them so much. they are god send!!

I appreciate Freedom Debt Relief and all their helpful, caring and informative staff as I begin this journey to being debt free. I have been trying on my own to pay down my debts but find I can only make minimum payments and getting no where. This program gives me hope again that I can overcome this debt trap I have been stuck in for many years can be finally be resolved in four years and not with filing bankruptcy.

I believe they are a good company. They set up an account so that they can make payments to charge card companies. There are fees that come out of your account also. It all seems very legitiment and is not overly expensive. The only thing that I don't like is the charge card companies bothering a person. Some of them call 2 or 3 times a day. They warn you that quite a few months have gone by and it looks like you aren't going to make any payments. Then they send your card to a collection agency. That's when things get a little more discouraging and you feel like nothing ever is going to be accomplished. So far they have resolved 1 card and they've started on the second. I feel things are moving ahead. Also the people who talk to you when you call are experienced and help you through your issues.

I was greatly happy when,I got a summons from a center to go to court for setteling .I called N.L.L.G for help got the forms the same day for representation. I filled them out sent forms back .they took care of all court things so ,I could work instead of running to court on something I knew little about. Thanks it is a relief to know help is there when you need legal representation I will recommend freedom to people that need help in this area ?

I am very happy with the way FDR is negotiating my debt down but I am not happy one little bit at the "settlement fee". I think 21% is way too high. I am told that it is an "industry standard" which I think is BS. I will not recommend FDR to anyone now just because of the settlement fee. If you want to get a brain cell that works and reduce it down to 10% for account balances less than $10,000 and 15% for account balances over $10,000 then maybe I will start spreading the word and referring people to FDR. Until you want to call me and work something out I will continue to tell people to stay away from FDR. I will spread the word on my Facebook and I will ask all my friends to share it on there Facebook and so on. I will get the word out that FDR takes advantage of people in debt and over charges for the service they do. There is no way that 21% is a fair amount. You have too many little fees that nickle and dime the people and it is wrong on every level. In the area of your fees and how you nickle and dime people FDR sucks.
Now on the bright side your customer service is awesome, my account rep is very responsive and helpful when I need to talk to him. When I call customer service they are very polite and explain things in a manner that I will understand. SO in the customer service area you are great. It is not enough to counter the effects of your fees but it is nice to be able to talk to customer service.
Stop thinking about the bottom line and taking advantage of people like me that are trying to get out of debt and change you fee structure, consolidate your fees and stop being greedy. You want to make money I understand that but you can get more in volume if you lower the fees and get more customers.

From the first phone call, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I felt I was in good hands, and continue to feel so. The person that I spoke with gave me honest answers and immediately started my program to relieve this debt I had gotten myself into. One of my cards was paid off within the first 2 months! I am very new to the program so I can only speak to the customer service I've experienced. They have been very supportive and have assured and reassured me that i have made the right decision. I am a very responsible person who has never been in a situation looks this and it was a true relief to know there was help for me. My situation was caused by a very serious auto accident but regardless of why someone is having a problem taking a step to correct it is a relief and the right thing to do.

As a new customer with FDR I am impressed with how easy they made the transition for me. FDR did the work of setting up collection accounts, determined how much I needed to contribute to my acct. contacted creditors for me negotiated settlements...and did it all in a financial way that I could handle. All I have done is give my approval for them to proceed. I could not have settled with my creditors by myself - I didn't know how to do that - but FDR knew how. I found everyone I spoke with quite helpful in helping me to get out of the debt I put myself in, and will never do that again. I am much relieved to have Freedom Debt Relief help me in this process. So far I have had only one problem with creditors and that is Credit One. They call 3-4 times a day. I did email them the phone number and address that you gave me to do so.

Great experience signing up. I love their transparency and even a realtime online dashboard to view my accounts and progress. The only thing I wish was better was the speed with which they get settlements in place! I'm only 7-10 days past due and receiving on avg 10 collections calls a day. I tell the debts to contact Freedom but they refuse, and Freedom says there is nothing they can do.

So far, so good. I am keeping track of the credit cards getting settled, and making sure I live within my means so that the amount of money taken out of my account doesn't have to change!! The faster, the better, although, i am trying to be careful of the amount of $$ being settled to avoid being taxed with a 1099c from the credit companies. I got a big surprise in the mail the other day from my student loan company. NOT GOOD !!

When life threw me a curve ball, I was thankful that Freedom Debt Relief was there to lend a helping hand. As my situation change my financial burden is becoming to be a big challenge.
Fortunately, FDR explained to me that they can help and provide the assistance i need to deal with my creditors and propose a plan to be debt free. It was this or bankruptcy and I am so glad we chose to use FDR! Everyone that we have dealt with during this whole process have been amazing. Always willing to help and get us in the right direction toward paying off our debt. Yes your credit does take a hit but it starts to slowly recover as soon as your first debt is settled. So far everything I was told would happen has happened. I have been treated very well by customer service when I have called to discuss something and have received good information. The payment system is working well and I have completed two payoffs and have three more that are being paid on right now. My savings on these debts has been real good.

FDR was very helpful to us in resolving our debts. They were always available to us when we had questions. They were up front with us in the steps of progression of the whole process. We had our reservations and the anxiety of taking so long was hard to overcome on our own. They were just a phone call away and were always reassuring us that everything was going as scheduled. I was very skeptical about joining this program at first. But I took the chance and I have not been let down yet and I don’t expect to be. I made some poor money choices in my early 20's and then had a family with two kids with medical issues and even if a with good job I was falling behind and had such bad stress that i was making myself sick. Within the first month, I had a bill paid off. I would have not been able to do this on my own.
