The process to get started addressing my debt was met with compassion and understanding that the investment in starting my own business was a significant disappointment as well as a financial setback. I’ve always had a great credit rating and that was going to take a major hit. All of which was explained to me in layman’s terms. Waiting to hear the result of the 1st settlement was an anxious time but I was very pleased with the negotiated settlement. I have receive fewer threatening phone calls and letters and when I do I am educated as to how to handle those situations. It is important to me to pay my debtors and FDR has been helpful in allowing me to do that.

I was trying m best to keep up with the payments on credit cards. FDR has been right up front with me, they are doing exactly what they told me they would do. It was so stressful, trying to keep up with them. This way I pay my payment to FDR and they do the rest. It is easy and I have the payment given them taken out automatically. Very easy and it has given me so much stress relief.

I had a couple of big loans that I didn't think I could ever pay off, but with your help I'm able to knock those huge amounts down
I'm Amazed how well FDR is able to work with credit card companies 2 get these huge amounts of debt down
If it wasn't for FDR I probably would have had to file for bankruptcy. My credit score is not all that good but it's not that bad either it's getting better every month. I just want to thank the people at FDR with the great job they have been doing for me thank you Richard Kurkoski

FDR is a great company to have on your side when dealing with issues of trying to get your debt down. I thought that they was just another one that would take my money. They have been behind me 100% and with little cost to me, and as of right now saved me over $80,000. I approached FDR with a problem that I had with my credit cards. The first reduction I received was a 3000 reduction in what I owed. They are still working on my other accounts and I am sure that the same results will apply. I have a very caring manager the I can call at any time and get outstanding results. I am able to go on line and check my account and follow the results as they are happening.

When I found FDR I was at my lowest. Deeply in debt with little hope of ever seeing the light of day. From day one their agents made me feel there was a way out and they would be there every step of the way. Never did they make me feel ashamed of the amount of debt I had or that I could not get out of it.
The whole process was easy with great customer support. I think the best part was not having to deal with the creditors. Although not out of debt yet, I am well on my way.

It was a simple process. I thought it would take longer to resolve my debt issues. They walked me though the process step by step. They were professional and non judgmental. I believe they are a good company. They set up an account so that they can make payments to charge card companies. There are fees that come out of your account also. It all seems very legitiment and is not overly expensive. The only thing that I don't like is the charge card companies bothering a person. Some of them call 2 or 3 times a day. They warn you that quite a few months have gone by and it looks like you aren't going to make any payments. Then they send your card to a collection agency. That's when things get a little more discouraging and you feel like nothing ever is going to be accomplished. So far they have resolved 1 card and they've started on the second. I feel things are moving ahead. Also the people who talk to you when you call are experienced and help you through your issues.

I was greatly happy when,I got a summons from a center to go to court for setteling .I called N.L.L.G for help got the forms the same day for representation. I filled them out sent forms back .they took care of all court things so ,I could work instead of running to court on something I knew little about. I am very happy with the way FDR is negotiating my debt down but I am not happy one little bit at the "settlement fee". I think 21% is way too high. I am told that it is an "industry standard" which I think is BS. I will not recommend FDR to anyone now just because of the settlement fee. If you want to get a brain cell that works and reduce it down to 10% for account balances less than $10,000 and 15% for account balances over $10,000 then maybe I will start spreading the word and referring people to FDR. Until you want to call me and work something out I will continue to tell people to stay away from FDR. I will spread the word on my Facebook and I will ask all my friends to share it on there Facebook and so on. I will get the word out that FDR takes advantage of people in debt and over charges for the service they do. There is no way that 21% is a fair amount. You have too many little fees that nickle and dime the people and it is wrong on every level. In the area of your fees and how you nickle and dime people FDR sucks.
Now on the bright side your customer service is awesome, my account rep is very responsive and helpful when I need to talk to him. When I call customer service they are very polite and explain things in a manner that I will understand. SO in the customer service area you are great. It is not enough to counter the effects of your fees but it is nice to be able to talk to customer service.
Stop thinking about the bottom line and taking advantage of people like me that are trying to get out of debt and change you fee structure, consolidate your fees and stop being greedy. You want to make money I understand that but you can get more in volume if you lower the fees and get more customers.

I am a very responsible person who has never been in a situation looks this and it was a true relief to know there was help for me. FDR did the work of setting up collection accounts, determined how much I needed to contribute to my acct. contacted creditors for me negotiated settlements...and did it all in a financial way that I could handle. I found everyone I spoke with quite helpful in helping me to get out of the debt I put myself in, and will never do that again. I am much relieved to have Freedom Debt Relief help me in this process. So far I have had only one problem with creditors and that is Credit One. They call 3-4 times a day. I did email them the phone number and address that you gave me to do so.

When we first communicated with a Freedom Debt Relief representative, we felt we were speaking to a very knowledgeable person that could help us. It hasn't been any different since. It has never been a problem to get our phone calls and emails responded to on a timely basis with complete answers. A weight has been lifted from us and we see a light at the end of the tunnel now.

Explained everything, very concerned, when it was all said and done, I was, very relieved and finally, I felt that I was going to get help. I have been very overwhelmed with paying my debt, even though I always paid more than the minimum payment, the road to get out of debt, looked very bleak. Finally Freedom allowed me to see, that there was a light at the end of the tunnel and everyone was so kind and professional.

Great experience signing up. I love their transparency and even a realtime online dashboard to view my accounts and progress. The only thing I wish was better was the speed with which they get settlements in place! I'm only 7-10 days past due and receiving on avg 10 collections calls a day. I tell the debts to contact Freedom but they refuse, and Freedom says there is nothing they can do.

I started with Freedom Debt Relief in April and have already paid off 2 accounts and they have negotiated settlements with 2 more! It is still going to take some time to get it all paid down, but to see progress this quickly is encouraging. Any time I have ever called the company, I always speak to a real person who has immediate access to my accounts and can answer my questions quickly and professionally. I am never put on hold or passed from one customer service agent to the next. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone struggling to get out of debt.

So far, so good. I am keeping track of the credit cards getting settled, and making sure I live within my means so that the amount of money taken out of my account doesn't have to change!! The faster, the better, although, i am trying to be careful of the amount of $$ being settled to avoid being taxed with a 1099c from the credit companies. I got a big surprise in the mail the other day from my student loan company. NOT GOOD !!

At first, everything was such a mess with my credit cards. But Freedom helped me get it straightened out and any time I have/had a question, they're always there to help me. I am just starting my program. Knowing that if I stick with the program, I will be debt free in about 53 months is very liberating and frees me of stress. When life threw me a curve ball, I was thankful that Freedom Debt Relief was there to lend a helping hand. As my situation change my financial burden is becoming to be a big challenge.
Fortunately, FDR explained to me that they can help and provide the assistance i need to deal with my creditors and propose a plan to be debt free. Needless to say my anxiety to deal with creditors was lifted and i feel that i'm on my way to be debt and worry free in the foreseeable future as i just have my first structured settlement. It was this or bankruptcy and I am so glad we chose to use FDR! Everyone that we have dealt with during this whole process have been amazing. Always willing to help and get us in the right direction toward paying off our debt. Yes your credit does take a hit but it starts to slowly recover as soon as your first debt is settled. It is a bit over whelming when we first started the process but our consultant was patient and understanding through the whole thing. A+

At first I was very nervous to make this decision to do this cuz I wasn’t sure what to expect. Chris has helped me through so much explaining the process and all. I was able to get my first settlement in less than 6 months. I was so excited when I received the news. I just got my second settlement approved already with the other one paid off.
