Unfortunately, because the debts are owed, the creditors have the right to attempt to collect on the balances due. However, information on how to handle the creditor calls you're receiving is available. Please log into your client dashboard at and review the helpful videos towards the bottom of the home page. Also, as we get the enrolled accounts settled, there will be no need for the creditors to continuously reach out to you. Please know the creditor calls are temporary and will eventually come to a cease.
