My debt was $15000. After all the fees, I will still be paying $15000 or more!!

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

Harvey Keep in mind that our settlement fees are bigger savings than having to pay your creditors the full 100% of the debt owed + interest % + any additional fees they charge. Yes, your creditor may have presented a lower settlement amount, but that is just to pull you back in so they could hit you with having to pay the full balance. Our settlements are secure and offer you a reduction in your debt that will lead you to become financially free. If you have any questions, just give us a call at 800-655-6303. Our Customer Service Representatives are ready to help. Thank you for letting Freedom Debt Relief be your partner on your journey to a debt-free future.

Debts not being paid off. Payments much to slow.

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

We are sorry to hear that you are not content with our services, Charlotte. The reason we do small payments towards the accounts once we place them into a settlement is so that we have enough money left over from your monthly deposit to start the next negotiation. As you know, client's are the ones funding their account so that it could build, meaning that we can only work with the funds we have and we try to distribute them in the best way in order to work effectively and efficiently. We encourage you to speak with our Client Services team to learn what options are available that would allow you to accelerate your Graduation Path. Client Services is available 7 days a week to support your financial needs. Your feedback is valued. Thank you for trusting Freedom Debt Relief to serve your financial needs.

If you miss a payment because you have been laid off or something else, they can throw away the agreement and you have to start all over even if you have paid most of what was agreed upon beforehand. I have lost several thousand dollars because I got laid off during the pandemic and I missed a payment by like 2 days. It is now going to take two years longer than originally stated to get out of the program, it is not a good feeling. When I called originally they were incredible kind and knowledgeable and I made the best decision I could at the time but I no wish had done a little more research.
