We're sorry to hear you are still receiving creditor calls this far into our program, Ms. Townzen. We imagine this to be extremely frustrating for you. Please know these calls will not continue your entire duration with us. As we settle your accounts, you should receive fewer and fewer creditor calls until they eventually cease all together.

Keep in mind, Ms. Townzen, speaking with the creditors is not a requirement of our program. Being that a balance is owed to them, they do have the right to attempt collection efforts. However, we anticipate the creditor calls will eventually stop.

Thank you for your review, Marianne! The program is an estimation of 24-48 months depending on total the debt enrolled. Also when it may feel like accounts are taking too long to reach a settlement, it's due to our negotiations wanting to make sure they get the best settlement for the clients. They don't want to just go off the first settlement the creditor provides because it can still be too high and we want to make sure client is saving fair enough amount on those accounts. We always want to me sure the client sees the difference of how much they saved verses client paying off on their own.
