Whenever there is a change, they keep in contact with me. When I call Freedom Debt Relief they always answer my questions and everyone is very cordial with me. They would text me with any progress they were making and then I could get on their dashboard and see for myself.

If there's ever an issue, I can call someone, and they'll promptly answer me and walk me through the problem. The website is also very helpful, you can go online and see every settlement and payment and due date. They're very open about everything and supportive, they do what they promise to do.

We can check and see which accounts they are working on through the dashboard. We can also see how many payments need to be made. They tried really hard to work well within our budget and still get us paid off in a reasonable amount of time.

They seemed to be the best fit, easiest to work with, and had the most comprehensive program I could sign. There is an occasional issue with misunderstanding the rules, not everything is completely clear. You don't always get told what you need upfront.

They really worked with me and the provider to help me out and save money. Every month they send a text message to show me what they have done and worked with. They are very understanding and walk me through how to get into certain things, I'm not that computerized so they have a lot of patience.

They've made it so easy, I don't have to do anything but make my payment every month. They send me a text at least once a week about how things are going. I can call them anytime and someone will be right there to talk to me instead of having to call me back.

Every time I have a question I can call and get an answer very quickly. They explain things so that I understand. I received an email every time there's something new happening and it updated on the website as well. I can see a huge savings and I don't have to hassle with the credit card companies.

They did a great job, they certainly went beyond my expectations. They have a dashboard you can access, it always tells where you are. I was kind of impatient, but they forced me to be patient and do the steps, and because of that I had wonderful results.
