I had so many payments a month I was simply drowning in them. Joining freedom debt relief gave me a very manageable one time payment that I desperately needed. The downside was that my credit was completely trashed due to the credit card companies constantly penalizing me for light/non-payment. I went from having a 770 credit score to barely managing a 530. My largest count was a little over $8000 and it has taken 2 1/2 years to finally get that account resolved. Joining The program definitely helped at the time but in the long run I feel that it was definitely not worth it.

I believe they have the best service I could find around. They keep me up to date all the time. I like the customer service. Whenever I have a question or anything I just call and usually I have an answer. And if they don't have an answer for me, they find the research to see what's going on and they give me the answer to whatever it is.

They're always available when you call. They're very transparent and upfront. I have a dashboard I can sign into any time I want. Whenever they would negotiate a settlement they would contact me right away so we can get the ball rolling. I'm pleased.

They have met all my expectations. I'm halfway through the program already and already things are better for me. I have the opportunity to review what is called the client dashboard whenever I want to and they also send emails once a month.

Everything is very simplified. Once I signed up, I never had to speak to anyone again, they take care of everything on their end. If I was sent invoices that went to collections, I just forwarded them to them and they would confirm receipt. It's very useful.

They're just like all the other companies. Their main concern is their bottom line. They do a pretty good job of keeping up by emails, text messaging. I'd say if anybody is losing sleep over paying their creditors to just go ahead while their credit is good.

They provided everything that I've needed and there's been a couple of times that I've had to change the amount that they withdrew from my account and they agree to that without any problems. Just have a good relationship with their service. Every time I have requested information or called, they had answers and were quick to respond.
