seems like it take way to long to get started and for the settlements to start working out also the payments seem a little off its on sum for all my debt but once some thing gets paid off the sum doesn't change something doesn't seem right but it is getting the job done so ill give it some more time to see if it starts making sense to me.

The resolution process takes absolutely too long. We've had more than enough funds to pay off several accounts, yet the interest on those accounts kept accruing as opposed to them being paid. What FDR counted towards "savings" ultimately includes the interest that was added while the accounts were "pending."

it's been 3 months and they resolved only 1 out or the 10 accounts the smallest one at that and for 60% when they said they would settle for 50% i hope the rest can get resolved quickly and for the percentage that they claimed would be the standard

I send over a summons from capital one creditor. We ended up settling from much higher payment plan than what they had offered any previously by mail settlement done and I have feelings about it. I hope it goes better on the settlement by then I mean hope to settle for much lower payment plan or settlement or however it is that they do it.
