The account balances they quoted me were lower than the actual amounts, and some accounts with large balances weren’t included at all. I'm confident we'll be able to work through this tough financial time and we do appreciate the work that Freedom Debt Relief is doing, we weren't warned about the cards that we kept would be lowering all of our credit limits and out right canceling our cards. We were under the impression that the cards we kept and continue to pay would be some safety blanket if money got tight. Even though we continue to pay them down and on time, because we stopped paying the cards that Freedom took over, we're losing credit that we might need later on.
