The entire process has been one lie after another. They completely leave out the fact that cancellation of debt is taxable income, minimize the effect the program will have on your credit, and tell you that they will never need more money than the monthly payment you've agreed to, or more than the total of all payments you've agreed to, and they have asked me for both an increase in my monthly payment (multiple times), and have stated that the amount they quoted to settle all my debts would not be sufficient after the fact. This program has absolutely destroyed my credit, has saved me almost nothing between taxes and fees, and is downright dishonest. I strongly urge anyone considering this program to run the other way.

It's been good. Only thing I don't like is they keep asking for more funds when you tell them that's all the money you have at that time. Other than that things are great

Online debt consolidation. They counseled me over the phone and told me exactly what to expect. When an account is settled, they let me know and I have the choice to accept the offer or not.

Customer support is pretty good about explaining whatever the issue might be that I have. It has helped me a lot to clear my debt in less time than if I did it on my own.

Instead of telling you part of the stuff, they need to me more straightforward when you first get into the program. They don’t tell you everything in the beginning. For example they only start paying if you have money in the back. Everything else is fine.

Hello and thank you for the feedback. One of the most important details to remember is that we do not make payments to your lenders. The monthly amount you select is paid into your program account and those funds are used to satisfy the lenders. Without funds in that account, there would be nothing to pay the lenders but that changes after your initial deposit. It is important that our clients stay well informed and engaged with the program to ensure success. If ever you have questions about the program, please feel free to reach out to us and we will happily discuss any questions and concerns.

I was talked into a plan to eliminate my debt, I do not feel they have been working to perform the way that they had promised. They have only eliminated small amounts of debt from my account. Now they are calling and asking me to up my monthly payments because they have reached a settlement with one of my creditors. Now I feel like I am being scammed. I am not seeing results and I will be filing a complaint.

Not to easy to talk to, seem to be unable to deal with immediate questions and last work they did was because I called them repeatedly until they finally made agreement! Still have a few to go, will follow up at the end of this lengthy process! Will follow up when we are done.

Hi Mel - Thanks for reaching out. Keep in mind that the duration of the program is entirely up to you and what you are comfortable spending monthly. If you would like to expedite your program at any time, you are welcome and encouraged to do so.
