I had a very wonderful experience with Pacific Debt. Every representative I spoke with was always very pleasant. They contacted me frequently to determine if I had questions or give me reminders to send in statements or necessary information. Once I called in after a very rude collector left a disturbing message and the representative I spoke with helped to calm me down and assured me that everything was okay. If you are at a point where you need to enter a program such as this, I definitely think you should give Pacific Debt a go.

My experience about an issue regarding debt is never comfortable and easy but speaking with Eva made it so much more better and comfortable. Pacific Debt has been really good for my husband and me. Our credit score did drop at first but now that several debts have been paid through Pacific Debt our scores have soared up fast. We are less than a year from being debt free. I read some negative reports about the account manager being changed. We have had 2, and no problem with either one. Quiana is fantastic, and she keeps on top of things. I would highly recommend Pacific Debt.

I was leery of companies that offer help. In helping people that are in debt which I personal believe that there are a huge amount of people in this situation. It is very easy to slip into this mire of overwhelming debt. I would like to blame the credit card companies, this, or that. The fact is I got myself in this mess. Let’s get to the point of why I called your company Pacific Debt Inc. I went on line typed in bankruptcy and up popped several sites; I stated looking at different sites. I came across the Pacific Debt and click on it they wanted me to answer a bunch of basic questions, which I answered. When I finished I thought to myself.. Crap what have I done know. And I said to myself I can always say no. soon Mr. Rian T called me and introduced himself to me. Rian was very polite and answered all my questions and reassured me that it would be fine and got me all set up to help get out of debt. I can also say if this works out I will tell my friends how helpful this origination was to help me. If it turns out that you are not what you say you are.. Brian was extremely helpful and courteous. Also, I felt he listened to me without passing judgement and once the enrollment process was over, I felt a tremendous sense of relief. However, I did feel somewhat rushed in going through the disclaimer process. In hindsight, I probably should have taken more time to read it.
