Erin was very helpful and polite. I love the fact that the people who work for you are well spoken and have a great command of the English language. The process was so quick and painless from the moment I was connected with Erin she was able to pull up all of my creditors go through each account give me a total monthly payment amount and length of time in the program all in about 30 minutes. I would have given you 5 stars, but I only know Pacific Debt Inc., by what I have read. However, if I were rating the staff that helped me and set my mind at ease I will give them a 5 star rating. Erin was my initial contact and she was phenomenal she answered all my questions and I still wasn't sure of what to do so I told her I would call her back. She followed with a text later that day. At first I was hesitant, but at my age I don't have too much time and I am getting ready to retire. So Erin called back but I was so busy I had to call her back, she was busy so Erik took my call I still had questions but he set my mind at ease and he promised me that I would be out of debt in 4 years and he explained the process and I don't why but I believed him. So wish me luck because I am going to need it. I plan to post a rating on Pacific Debt Inc as a whole and what they have done for me, but that will come later. RHM Texas

Our initial contact person, Nick H, and the one who was patient beyond belief with all our struggles trying to connect via email & phone calls trying to fix my in-laws finances and get them back on track. My experience with Pacific debt was Comforting. Kia was very sharp and has an excellent voice. The transaction went very smoothly. It is hard to trust any such company to really help you but despite the fee of 25 percent I do feel good about my decision. So far so good. It will give me the ability to live without the overwhelming interest rates that some credit card companies charge. I will finally be able to get ahead.

I found that the initial process of establishing an account to help retire unsecured debt was handled in a very compassionate and professional manner. The program was explained in detail with all of my questions answered to my satisfaction. The amount being financed to retire the debt is about 14% less than my outstanding balance with the credit card company, and the monthly payment fits easily into our budget.

Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend. I consulted with another company first who wasn't completely upfront which is how I found PDI. They were prepared me well for the process & gave me honest information. Communication during the process was excellent. I was beyond relieved after speaking with Pacific Debt. They were able to take my $26k credit card debt, and offer me an overall monthly payment that was $120 less than what I was paying now. They also lay out several options of timelines for success. I chose a 42 month option, but 36 was available to me. Julius took the time to go clause by clause in the contract, which really eased any concerns that I had. I'm ready for this new chapter to begin, and definitely should have looked into this option sooner.

The intake process was simple. The representative helped me get a realistic monthly payment that coincided with the frequency of my monthly paychecks. The payments came out automatically so I did not have to take any extra steps to make my payments on time. As long as I kept up my end of the deal by making sure I got all correspondence to my agent on time, everything went smoothly. I would recommend this service to anyone!

Pacific Debt has and is doing a great job. The monthly payment is tough sometimes, but better than a loan or making payments to creditors. So far they have settled several accounts and have saved me thousands of dollars. Kim B is wonderful to work with. Any questions are answered quickly by email or text or phone. Fortunately, I was able to add a little extra to the account. That makes a huge difference on how quickly they can settle. Very happy so far.
