Mr. Hallas has been extremely professional and informative throughout the process and has assist me with reducing over $150,000 in debt, down to a little less than $65,000 and completely settling my wife's accounts. I love the fact that Josh continues to work with me during my financial hardship and has never been condescending or demeaning. This level of concern and respect for clients is one of the chief reasons I chose Pacific Debt. Mr. Hallas is the best!

Absolutely amazing company. They really work hard to reduce your debt with creditors and work out a budget to pay it off quickly but not uncomfortably. They are always responsive to you when you call and help you really understand how the whole process works. What I love best about the people that work for this company is the knowledge they have and how they make you feel at ease. I never felt like I was being hoodwooked or taken advantage of and I felt such an incredible feeling of trust with this company—like they really had my back and were looking out for me. WOW! That's all I can say. When I first signed up for PDI services I was reluctant but I read so many good reviews I had to give it a try. Everyone, from entry point all the way to settlement, were excellent. PDI kept their word. Keeping me updated and informed on what's going on. I admit it was a little scary when one of the creditors, with a rep for taking legal action to get their money, was pushing back and not initially willing to make a deal, but Ellen Hill kept reassuring me that it will be OK and not to rush into anything just wait. I was so surprised when Ellen called me with the great news that the "monster' creditor (my highest debt), after weeks of her fighting for me, settled for 25% of the amount owed with a 36 month payment plan! I expected some relief but that news exceeded expectations. That brings the total amount saved from enrolling in the program to .... (are you ready) ..... $21,765!! Also I didn't expect to have a settlement on all accounts so soon. I enrolled around October 2015 and here we are in May 2016 settled. I can now answer my phone not worrying about explaining anything to a creditor or collection agency. A SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN REACHED! :) As I said before all in the process were helpful. They have taken great care of me and my representative , Shonna Gills, worked very hard to get me some of the best deals on my accounts. PDI helped in decreasing my debt from a decent size amount to getting me out of debt by next year. It was a very good program to be in. The drafts to pay out the debt were reasonable and the company helped me to get out of debt much faster than I could do it on my own. Kimberly Becker was my account manger and she did a terrific job in getting me onto a plan that worked for me and she settled my accounts in very fast matter too and they helped to stop many of the collection calls as well. The support and management of my accumulated debt that Pacific Debt, Inc. has dealt with promptly relieved me of the enormous burden I had carried for years since the post-911 recession of the mid-2000's. I realized when I was considering this program that creditors allowed my balance to grow for years without challenge or notice (to the point where it became both obscene and absurd). I was overwhelmed and diminished both financially and psychologically to an extreme I could never have imagined. The client reps at Pacific Debt that assisted me were very thorough, professional and supportive. The work they accomplished in reducing the balance of my accounts through their (must have been RIGOROUS) negotiation is nothing but impressive and admirable. It is enlightening to understand through participating in this program that the responsiblity of one's own financial life is also greatly affected by the lender that has over extended the boundary of common sense in their own interest of making a dime. I will attest to the enormous sense of gratification I received when the settlements were presented. The numbers were not only attractive when the payoff amount came in but actually felt entirely appropriate. My compliments extend to the entire staff at Pacific Debt for their pleasant disposition, professionalism and overall effective management of my indebtedness. Pacific Debt did a tremendous job for us. It started with Josh who settled many accounts. Then Jen settled some and then Ellen came in and settled the remaining accounts and helped us get out of the program debt free. Our biggest worry coming into the program was getting sued and hauled into court. Your staff was able to head these lawsuits off by keeping the lines of communication open with our creditors. We live on the east coast and did our homework with the debt-relief companies. Our first choice was a local company on the East coast. After reading reviews on this company, one common complaint was that people ended up in court in a lot of cases and a few commented that the creditors told them that had there been better communication on the debt relief companies part they could have avoided court. As with most of your clients, this was not an easy road for us or for you, but you got us to the finish line!!!!!

Pacific Debt is the best. We were over $50,000 in debt and drowning. We live on the east coast and looked into all the companies on the east coast and they didn't get very good reviews that we read about online from their clients. Most of the complaints about those companies were the clients were frequently sued and hauled into court. The red flag with me was more than once I read comments that stated when the creditors called the debt company to talk about the debts of their clients, they did not return calls. This is how the clients ended up in court. We had received notices about being sued and forwarded them to our reps @ Pacific Debt. Most of our time was with Josh, then Jen and Ellen Hill handled it for the last year or so and all accounts were settled. These reps got right on it to hold them off for a bit assuring them we not going to stiff them and eventually worked out a settlement. Most settlements were for 50% for less, a few were a bit higher. We entered into the program in March 2012 and we are now debt free thanks to the gang @ Pacific Debt.

I was in serious debt when I started this program. I had three account managers during this process. My last one Jen was absolutely fantastic. She kept in touch with me every month to let know how we were progressing and if I called, she either called me right back or emailed me. My program was 48 months but I graduated 8 months early and I believe it was a combination of my adding extra money to my account and Jen's hard work on my behalf.y life is so much less stressful and it's awesome that I can pay for everything in cash. I Called PDI in November of 2012, I was skeptical at first because I used a similar debt company before and was disappointed because they was taking my money but not paying my bills and I explained this to them. I was assured that they would do all they promise and they did just that. My first debt was settled in December 2012 less than a month after I turned everything over to them. Now in August 2015 my debts that was handled by PDI is all settled. This is an AWESOME and TRUSTWORTHY CO and is approved by the BBB.. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of help with their debts

The first person I dealt with at PD was Brandon Acuna. He helped me get enrolled and get all documents in order. Since then, the only person I have exclusively been in contact with is Kimberly Becker. She has managed my accounts very well. When I first emailed with her, I felt confident she was very knowledge in her position to deal with the CC companies or lawyers hired by them to collect on my debt. I explained to her what happened to me financially when my now X misappropriated approx. $750,000.00 of my inheritance monies while in Europe. After that disaster my son and I returned to the states and the X was always a German national, turned in her Green card and stayed in Europe to avoid Federal charges in the states. I have a mountain of debt and am slowly paying it off the best way I can. Beverly is very understanding of this and has explained it on occasion. I asked her to be polite to the CC co. and collectors, but also fight like a barracuda for me on the settlement amount...which she has done. I am very satisfied with her performance and I assume management is aware of her expertise in this area of debt settlement and negotiations. She hopefully is held in high regard by PD...Why, because she is a very good and dedicated representative for the company.

I started with Pacific Debt on 3-25-12. I owed lots of money to different companies and several credit cards. My representative at Pacific Debit was Josh Hallas and he was so wonderful and patient with me. We set up a payment plan and I stuck to it. He said I would pay everything off in approximately 3 years but I didn't think so. Well, today is 6-20-15 and I owe one more payment and I will be completely through! Pacific Debt has saved me $6800.00 and I think that is very, very good.My experience with Josh and Pacific Debt was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with their debts.

Over the course of the time that we've been with them, we paid through a little over $3,000 and they only made a tentative settlement on two accounts and they charged us $1,000 for making the tentative settlement on each account. So, they took $2,000 for themselves and only put roughly $700 towards paying down the balance on those two accounts. I would not sign up with them again.

I just had too many credit cards and high balances. The credit card companies were unwilling to work with me, so I tried to work with Pacific Debt Relief. Now I think I shouldn't have done it in the first place, I should've figured another way to do things. Whenever I called they would have no answers for me. I had to check online for progress updates, that was how I got most of my information. They didn't explain things well to me either. I wasn't told about how my taxes would work with them. I just got my 2017 taxes and I'm paying about $7,000 extra in taxes because I went through a debt relief program. Anybody else looking into a debt relief program should really look into everything.

Most of their consultants have been pretty nice, although, I do have to say that there was a time or two that I was pretty nasty. My daughter-in-law recommended it for me, and she now feels sorry about that. I was just not very pleased with them. If everybody would've been truthful from the beginning, I would've told them I couldn't afford what they charged down the line. My bill started at $305 a month, to $570 a month. I didn't like the fact that some promises were made, and that I was not getting anymore paper work from anybody. Being paid off is the good experience, but I guess I was expecting too much.
