I was impressed with how knowledgeable and very informative about Pacific Debt Cedric was. When I didn't understand or I had a question he answered them to my satisfaction. He explained that only I could cancel my program, the guarantee, the billing where I chose the date to pay and instead of paying most of my check I pay less, which helps tremendously! I really appreciate the dedication and time he spent with me explaining the program. He also, told me if I have any questions before I get my account manager that I could call him and he gave me his information. Very nice! I am very excited about becoming debt free!

I unfortunately cannot speak about Pacific Debt as a whole as I have only just filed my paperwork with them and do not have any experience with the debt relief process itself, but I -can- leave a glowing review for Eva L, the Certified Debt Specialist who worked with me up until I signed the contract with Pacific Debt. Eva was an absolute rockstar and went above and beyond for me. Ever since the first phone call I had, she was willing to stay on the phone for however long was necessary to answer my laundry list of questions. I had a LOT of questions and did a ton of research before and after my call with Eva, and when I emailed her questions she replied promptly with the answers. She was patient and not pushy with me in the slightest, but was able to make the program desirable and realistic for my needs. I have several friends who have considered a debt relief program, and if I could recommend all of them to Eva I would. As far as customer support and a sales rep, Pacific Debt is lucky to have Eva- and I'm lucky to have had my experience during this not-fun and frankly, stressful time be with her as well.
I'll write another review on Pacific Debt once my settlement process has advanced.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pacific Debt! Rian, the person I am initially worked with, was amazing! He was so patient and offered extremely valuable advice. Rian helped me with questions I had related to the program, the pros and cons, and guided me where needed. He and I worked on a plan and I was able to get that plan rolling. Each month, I received regular follow-up calls from Julia and she also was so gracious and helpful. It became clear to me that Pacific Debt is a company that truly cares about the client. Julia was reassuring, answered all of my questions, and provided great information. I felt at ease throughout the process because of both her and the team. Unfortunately, I had to proceed with bankruptcy due to several factors not related to the help provided form Pacific Debt. When I informed them that I needed to close my account, they were very understanding and asked if there was anything else they could do to help. They were a class act throughout the entire process. I recommend Pacific Debt without hesitation!

My initial contact was with Ashley H. , she was very thorough and professional. Although there was a lot to discuss, she made the process very understandable and it was not as difficult as I expected!!
Updating 5 months in to the program, I am getting regular communications from Julia Q. and she is always able to resolve my concerns and provides detailed information on the status of my account. After each conversation with her I feel more confident and relieved that I will resolve this difficult financial situation, with their help! She is always very professional and knowledgeable, but also is very compassionate of her clients !!

I have been so stressed out about my debt. I was thinking about filing for bankruptcy, but I really didn’t want to have to do that. So as a last ditch effort I randomly found Pacific Debt, and requested a free consultation. Julius Y contacted me and got me set up with an affordable monthly payment for all my debt. I hate talking to people over the phone. Even in customer service now a days, you get rude, unprofessional and careless people. Julius was so down to earth, new exactly what he was talking about, was obviously passionate about helping people out of debt and he was extremely patient with me. There was no BS and I really appreciated that. I was on the phone for maybe 15 mins and now I have one payment per month for severals different debts that I was failing to pay. After I got off the phone I felt like 100 lbs lifted off my back. This company is saving me, honestly! I would recommend them to anyone in debt. I was very nervous and sceptical about this process in the beginning, I did not want to go BANKRUPT, I was going through a divorce and needed help with my debt and was scared, because the payments became overwhelming! I knowi it was my own doing, but I didn't want to just leave the creditors hanging, since they trusted to give me a line of credit.
My account manager, Nicole C, has been amazing at settling my debts, keeping me updated, answering my questions in a timely manner, and foremost being kind and patient. I really appreciate Nicole and am so ecstatic she is on my side!
Pacific Debt has been an absolute perfect choice for me and I have referred people in my situation to use their services!!

Needing help with financial problems is difficult enough....especially when putting my trust in other people played a major role in my circumstances.....so, allowing myself to once again put my trust in anyone or any other financial institution was about as enjoyable as a dentist drill....however, Pacific Debt Inc and Ashley who helped me to enroll made this process quick, easy and as enjoyable as a situation like this could be!! Airlines often say " Sit back and enjoy the flight"...and most people spend the flight in fear and discomfort thru turbulence....if this enrollment experience was a flight....there was no turbulance....and I was able to sit back and enjoy the flight!!

I am so pleased to have Julia as my Client Success Manager! Julia has been my 'call a friend', my 'lifeline' and my 'savior' while starting the debt relief process.
It's not easy or comfortable receiving the creditors calls/emails. Julia has been my go to person when I have questions about how to handle these calls - both friendly as well as those who use intimidating tactics. I have built a sense of trust with Julia which I feel is very important going through this process.

I spoke with Rian. He answered every question I had and explained things clearly. He helped me find out exactly what debt I had and with who as I had ignored all of it for so long. I had felt so overwhelmed by the amount I had and the nasty calls I was receiving from debt collectors that I had given up. Rian calculated all of my monthly costs I already had along with estimating how much I was making monthly with the information I provided in order to set a monthly payment that would work for me and not overwhelm me! The most important part was that he did not make me feel judged or upset in any way. He made me glad I started the journey to be debt free and very confident that they would help me throughout the way.

Eva was the lady I was working with, she had responded to the application that I had filled out right away. Eva had explained how there program worked and did not make me feel like I had to go with pacific debt, what I appreciated the most is she did not promise me that they could help with all the debt I had before going threw all of my finances. Eva had asked me questions and I had answered, she made sure if they could help me then called me back right away, the proses was fast and I did not get overwhelmed or felt pressured. Pacificdebt handled my situation perfectly!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help.

I was very hesitant and skeptical about these programs. The old saying if it sounds to good to be true it generally is something you should beware of. But after talking to several companies in this business, I was impressed with the professionalism and straight forward answers I received from Pacific Debt.
They did not put on the hard sell or pressure me. They listened to all my questions and concerns and I felt they really could empathize with the current jam I was in. The true test will come at the end of this program? I essentially ran out of any other options to get out of debt. I pray these guys will guide me to the outcome they have represented.

The debt relief program I have with Pacific Debt has been very beneficial and worth it for me. I provided them the financial statements that I had concerns with and they took over on contacting those individuals and setting up a basic payment program. An account was set up and a monthly deduction gets sent to that. They handled matters through the debtors that way and the program helped me out tremendously. Kimberly B, my personal account manager, is very professional and I would highly recommend anyone to her. I was impressed with the way she conducted herself and provided the information on the overall process and how things would be executed. I'm very comfortable working with her. I've also been satisfied with the services and guidance that they provided for me. If anyone is in the same situation I was in, Pacific Debt would be a good point of contact.

I am so impressed with PDI; I just can't believe it; it was like taking the weight of the world off my shoulders and I still can't believe I waited 3 weeks to sign up. Jonathan was so knowledgeable and kind to me; he felt my anxiety and calmed me down...I will admit that I spoke with other so-called debt relief programs and then came back to PDI..the other companies out there were very impatient with my questions, made me actually feel "stupid" for my situation and were very condescending in their attitude....Jonathan took my step by step thru the process and even answered some of my questions before I asked....and to think I will be debt free in 30 months just boggles my mind....thank you, Jonathan, and thank you PDI for making my life easier and enjoyable again.

Found PDI knowledgeable in debt management, also competitive in pricing. Your representative was knowledgeable of the process and was able to provide a window of 48 months providing negotiations progressed well to debt resolution . Made it clear their were no guarantees to settlement, but PDI would work diligently towards a satisfactory results. Was able to provide options to my debt situation that I hadn’t considered. I found his patience refreshing; especially given the big decisions that had to be made with regards to regaining our financial flexibility back. Explained the high/low points; credit score affect, possible tax liability, how to handles card companies phone calls and most importantly what would work best for us. Thanks

The entire process was super easy to understand and follow. My Debt Specialist Eva was phenomenal; she was super kind, understanding, and explained everything in detail. I was never left with doubts from the very beginning. Then my Account Manager Kim took over and her communication was simply outstanding. She was able to get exactly what I wanted from both of my 2 collections companies. I decided to settle
in full and pay the full settlement immediately rather than making monthly payments, and the process took 2 weeks. Yes, I was debt free within 2 weeks! For months I tried to reach out to my debt collectors on my own and never got the results I wanted, so I was super excited to know I was in great hands and reached my goals so fast! I filled out an online questionnaire through Facebook. Within a few hours an agent called me. We discussed my particular situation, my options, and I ended up going with Pacific Debt. Rian emailed all the forms, went over them thoroughly, helped me electronically sign them and return them. Instead of paying about $1600 a month and never getting it paid, I will be paying about $413 a month and be debt free in about 42 months. There are no up front fees or fees at the end. These are included in your payments. They are helping me get out from under about $22000 of unsecured debt. The best part is I no longer have to struggle in the red trying to make payments I can't afford. Also, I'm not filing bankruptcy. The payments go into a trust I own, and Pacific Debt gets my creditors to settle for a fraction of what I owe. I can cancel at any time if I decide to. However, this was a better option than bankruptcy.

I was so pleased with Eric. He was patient, honest and so knowledgeable! I shopped around to weigh all my options and I felt the most comfortable with pacific. Eric worked with me to get me to a payment number I felt comfortable with. He really had my best interest in mind the whole time and I felt like he wanted to set me up for success. When I called Pacific Debt Inc. I was immediately comfortable with a professional, understanding representative who saw to it that no question I had went unanswered. I did my due diligence and compared PDI to other organizations that cost so much due to excessive advertisements as well as checked with the BBB. PDI to my surprise is a very well known and established debt relief company. They have an outstanding reputation and in top standing with the Better Business Bureau. Within 9 Months my first and largest account settled and it shouldn't be much longer for my final account to settle. I am pleased at the unexpectedly fast progress and I am extremely grateful to my case manager Kimberly Becker for her diligence and attention to detail in my case. Thank you to the folks at PDI!

Honestly, I have not felt better! So much weight was lifted off of my shoulders this morning after speaking with Victor! He was extremely helpful, caring, and Informative. After reading the great positive reviews, I decided to give it a go because I really needed help with my credit card obsessions. I will have my debt paid off in 42 months instead of 8 years! This company was also able to help me save $500 a month!! My payments were chopped in half, and my debt will be paid off extremely quicker. I will be saving so much money and time! I want to go on record that my service from Pacific Debt was great. I heard those adds the state you never get contacted, you leave messages and not never return, your payments not sent on time, creditors still contacting you, collections agencies are now calling. That is not the work ethics of Pacific. I would also go on record to say the following names are a credit to your company. I know that during this process you have stages and have to hear from various persons within your this process and I did. I was never out of the loop. Your monthly email communication was always there and I actually stopped reviewing them a couple years ago. I figured you were doing the job and I felt comfortable with you doing so. The following individuals contacted me throughout this process and I want to thank them for their consideration, excellent customer service and communications. That would be Andrew, Bethanie, Raymond, Michael and lastly Armando! Do not take this the wrong way however, I hope this is the last time you hear from me,. I'm looking for a way to get myself out of debt, I spoke with another company and they did not make me feel comfortable. So I did decide to try out Pacific Debt to see if they would be any different. I received a text message from Victor and gave him a call. He immediately put me at ease. Victor was friendly, easy to talk to and very informative about the process that I would have to go through He answered my questions and walked me through all the paperwork. I told him that this was a little scary for me.Victor assured me that there is a whole team of people here to help me and that I would be able to reach out to him if I had any questions or concerns. As far a Customer Service with Pacific Debt goes , so far for me they have done an excellent job, thanks to Victor!

Personnel, especially Miranda and Rian were very helpful in assisting me in getting in contact with a debt relief company & setting me up for this that will be a great help to me this year. It has been a hard one. My sister has been in & out of the hospital since April 5, 2017 . She is on a set income & suffered consequences of a spinal fusion gone bad, now with paraplegia, a colostomy & a suprapubic catheter. She had not been home since August 2, 2017. I brought her home from an LTAC hospital on Thursday, Dec 14, 2017 & she will be home for Christmas. I still work some part time, but with all these expenses going back & forth from the hospital, etc. I have I am grateful for it & it was a pleasant experience.

I have only had contact with them once, but just in that one encounter I can tell that the people who work for this company are very understanding when it comes to an individual’s debt. They are willing to explain anything and everything. I had quite a few questions as to how the process actually works and Jonathan answered them all with no problem and I never felt rushed to get off of the phone. I may have a couple other questions in the coming days but I have no doubt that they will have no problem giving me the answers that I need! The solution we came up with doesn’t completely get rid of my debt but it will definitely help!

I'm only 9 months into the process but thus far have nothing but positive things to say. I was turned over to an account manager, Kimberley B, approximately 7 months into it and she jumped right on it. One of three accounts has been settled for approximately 35% and she is actively working on the others. I haven't needed to initiate contact with the company because they have always kept me informed of where we were, but am confident that if I did I would get a quick response. I've always been proud of, and worked hard, to keep a good credit rating but circumstances spun things out of control, and while I could make minimum payments I knew that would take forever to resolve my debt. I looked at several options for resolving my debt; a mortgage on the house, debt consolidation, etc., but know that I made the right decision to go with Pacific Debt. And I look forward to completing this process and then getting the rating back where it belongs. Thanks Kim!

I reluctantly put in my phone number and waited for the shark to call me. That never happened. I received an email saying that someone would be in touch with me in a couple days. Brian called when I was at work. He called a couple days later and I told him I would call on my next day off. He said that's fine and thanked me for taking his call. He sent me a text after the call to give me his direct number. On my next day off, I called and explained my situation, answered several easy questions and within about an hour we were done. I had a very heavy weight lifted off me. I immediately felt more positive. It is like having a new lease on life. Brian was very easy to work with and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything I would need to do and what to expect. I wish I would have called sooner. Thanks Brian L!

I had initially been contacted by Ray C while trying to decide my best option to consolidate my debt. He was very honest and friendly during our talk about the help that Pacific Debt might be able to assist me with. He went over the Pros and Cons, best scenario, credit counseling and how the program worked. I sat on the info for a few weeks and mulled it over. I kept Ray's info since he had been so helpful and upfront. I did not feel the same about other companies or options I had considered. I made sure to keep Ray's info close at hand. Yesterday I decided Pacific Debt and Ray would be my best option, so I called him to make it official. He remembered me from a few weeks back and didn't miss a beat. When making financial decisions, such as this, it is very comforting to know that I have someone on my side who cares about my situation as much as I do and he never made me feel like I was just a number. I highly recommend Pacific Debt Inc for their compassion, expertise, and honesty. I have been enrolled in the program for about 7 months now and my experience has been pretty great. PDI has helped relieve the stress of this seemingly insurmountable amount of debt. With their very concise guidance and support I feel I am on the right path again with managing my debt. The whole process has been great but I really started to see progression after the first 6 months and I was assigned an account manager. The account managers are very helpful especially mine, Kimberly B. The moment I was assigned to her, she has been very hands on and helpful. She contacts me at least once a week with updates and has already settled 2/4 accounts. PDI has really been great in helping me get my life back on track and on the road to becoming debt free!

Asking for help is not something that comes easy for me. I have struggled with over $55,000 in credit card debt longer than I should have. Paying the minimums each month and not making progress towards reducing balances was a never ending cycle. Dealing directly with the credit card companies always ended the same - no, we can't lower your interest rate. After much research, I decided to call Pacific Debt. It was not an easy call by any means, but a very necessary call. I spoke with Rian and he put me at ease instantly. Rian had no judgement in his voice at all. He explained how the program works and was very optimistic about my future and the financial freedom I could eventually obtain. I wasnt quite sure how the program worked at first, but with the help of the team, I learned all I needed to know about how great they take care of their clients. Katie B was the best customer service and account specialist I could have asked for. Using companies like Pacific Debt is a decision we take after having some very bad hands at the game of life and I was very overwhelmed by the whole situation that took me to contact them.
Katie guided me through an extensive process making sure I was understanding all the concepts and giving me confidence and peace.
I haven't seen the results yet because we are just starting to work together but, I am hopeful the end results will be as promised.

I started the program 7/ 7/28/14. at the time is was over $24,000 in credit card debt and literally drowning.I was only able to make minimum payments on these 4 credit cards.. The balances was of course going nowhere.I was at my wits end when one day I received an e-mail from Pacific Debt saying they could help me get out of this mountain of debt. I was at first skeptical of this but I deceided to contact them. As of today 5/9/17 I'm totally debt free thanks to Quiana Matthews and Kimberly Becker my accounts managers.These ladies were wonderful every step of the way and I'm forever grateful to them.I'm sure I'm not the first client that they have helped and I know I'll not be the last,but from this very grateful client i want to say thank you Ladies

Okay I'm writing this review because I want who ever is in need of a debt consolidation company . So far this is the company to go to compare to National Debt Relief! National Debt Relief is the worst company you can go too. I had a bad experience with them and from the start of all those bad reviews on the BBB site should have been a warning sign. But of course I didn't listen to my gut! Well long story short I told the Rep ( Ashley H. Awesome enrollment Rep!) my situation with NDR and how uneasy I felt with them! She told me on the initial enrollment that pacific debt has many clients from NDR and I should rest assure this company gives you a personal manager that handles your case and that person will be with you throughout the whole process while your in the program . This was one of the major point that made me feel better when she mentioned this on the phone. NDR was the worst when I enrolled on the phone the Rep was so attentive and friendly until he got me and I got dropped like a hot potato and forgotten! The rep for Pacific Debt was so nice compassionate and very helpful ,made me feel at ease. I called her several times back and always return my emails or calls . I've only joined the program two days ago . Now I'm awaiting for an account manager to contact me which will be handling my account. I also got a letter today letting me know this and so far so good . I feel so much better with this company and hopefully my gut feeling is guiding me the right way this time. I will follow up with another review in a few months to comment how Pacific Debt is doing with their services. I gave them a try so far so good . It's so overwhelming when you need help with your debts and there is so many Debt consolidation programs out there that you have no clue if their good or not ! You put your life in their hands which is very scary but I have confidence Pacific Debt will be great ! I also want to say Pacific Debt had only three negative reviews compared to National Debt Relief who had 89 nagative reviews or more on their sites!

As bankruptcy was not an option for me I began searching the web for a settlement company that was the right fit for me. Pacific Debt had very good reviews and a great Better Business Bureau rating. Even better for me, they were local. Right from the start everyone was courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. My account manager Carly is in frequent contact with me, keeps me appraised of every step of the process and has saved me over $5,500 so far with the accounts that have been settled. I am on track to settle all of my credit card debt in far less time and for far less money than I would have without using the services of Pacific Debt.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Pacific Debt. They really guided me through the debt settlement process and answered all of my questions, and even (positively) got after me when I was lazy about turning in needed information on my accounts. I especially want to send kudos to Julia, who really helped me to find a workable solution to my massive debt problem. Unfortunately, I had a unique case that made it impossible for me to stay in the program, but I feel that if I had been able to stay in the program, my debts would been settled successfully in the agreed upon time. I would certainly recommend Pacific Debt to anyone who has debt problems. They are a very conscientious company and really assist their customers through a difficult process.

Pacific Debt Solutions has turned out to greatly exceed my expectations for debt settlement. In less than a year several of my debts have been settled and paid to the creditor's satisfaction AND mine. Initially I was concerned as to how PDI was going to settle my debts in a shorter timeframe than I could ever had done. My Account Manager, Kimberly B has shown great skill in dealing with my creditors. In less than one year she has saved me just short if $3,000 !!!!
For every question I've had, Kimberly has contacted me within the same day with an answer.
If you're overextended in debt and need a viable way to get out of debt without filing for bankruptcy, I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Debt Inc.

I was surfing the internet and I came across this ad "Are you drowning in debt" and I thought yes I am drowning in debt. They also had a 800 phone number and I called it.. The phone number was Pacific Debt thank you. I was drowning in debt and was not making any progress on my bills. The person I talked to was very helpful and told me about your program how you can be debt free in about 30 to 36 months. I was convinced.
When I started the program the people at Pacific Debt were very helpful when I had any questions. I had a few questions and they were able to fell me quickly for my answer.
Now it is 7 months later and every thing is above target. Thanks to Carly. I nave gotten about $3600.00 off my debt to far and I now Carty has more for me in progress. Again I cannot be overly pleased with Pacific Debt with their Company and their employees.

I can't say enough good about Pacific Debt! Everyone has been nice and understanding, explaining the program and process in a way I could understand. I recommend them highly! I could have never done this myself, they made it easy for me and reasonable rates for everything they do. I had spoken with another company for a little while and PD blew them out of the water...PD could handle all my accounts and the other people couldn't. I want to mention Nicole C, my account manager, because she deserves so much credit for taking care of me. She was very professional, yet very friendly and a true pleasure to talk to. She put my mind at ease and explained everything throughout the whole process in a way that I could understand. (Thanks so much, Nicole!) I will NOT need their services again haha, but if something happened and I did, I would not hesitate to call them. You can trust this company, they don't treat you like a number, they actually care about their clients and try their hardest to help you. I just want to take a moment and thank Quiana and the entire staff at Pacific Debt. When I began this journey, 3 years ago, after my divorce I was scared and spent many restless tearful nights wondering how I was going to move forward. Staff members were very professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout the process. From the very first phone call I knew I made the right choice. I can't say anything bad about Pacific Debt at all, I am so glad my friend found them online and mentioned them to me. They took care of all my creditors and all the work I didn't want to have to deal with. Every single person I dealt with was friendly, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I worked with Pacific Debt to help negotiate down my credit card debt. Everyone I worked with were friendly, compassionate, and treated me with care and dignity. Unfortunately, I could not complete their programoney. My debts escalated to legal proceedings and I filed bankruptcy. Still, the representatives at Pacific Debt were kind. I was refunded a huge amount of what I had paid to them, minus settlement payments that had already been paid, and nominal fees.
I highly recommend Pacific Debt to anyone who is struggling. Especially so if he or she is only beginning to fall behind on their payments and have not received any threat of legal recourse.

Carly has been wonderful, From the very beginning the 1st person I spoke with really showed compassion, really listened , at that point I knew I made the right choice not to file Bankruptcy ,I wanted Pacific Debt to help me get my bills paid , needed to know my life would being moving forward , being 47 years old, having severe health issues, over the last two years, I didn't think I would ever get out of debt, everyday stress,bills health issues, until I found Pacific Debt, Then everything changed, I just found out how much Carly saved me finicially,as well as two of my debts paid offor, it's the easiest thing I ever had to do, they take care of everything and update you on a regular basis, I am so excited about 2017, Now I have hope, my life will turn around, debt alone is on of the most stressful situations anyone can go through, it's on your mind 24/7, NOW I can focus on other things, I feel that just writing this still doesn't express my gratitude to everyone that helped me at Pacific Debt, and Carly who is going above and beyond what ever I expected, Thank you again, I would recommend every one who feels that will never get out of Debt , to contact Pacific Debt, I feel Pacific Debt should advertise more, I know a lot of people I have spoke with had no idea that there are any companies like Pacific Debt

When I first started working with Pacific Debt less than 3 years ago, I had over $13,000.00 in credit debt on 7 different cards and could barely make the minimum payments. I knew that I would never be able to pay it off as the interest just kept building.
I started working with Pacific Debt and the customer service was outstanding! Everyone I worked with was so nice and non judgmental. My first account manager Nicholas H was the best. He always communicated with me and I really felt like he was working hard on my behalf. He did a great job of holding my hand through the process of working with the creditors. My second account manager Brian L was really nice and helpful as well.
Throughout the process I tried to make double payments as often as possible, and a couple of times I had hard months and Pacific Debt was able to work with me to skip a payment so I could make sure not to default on any of my day to day bills during those hardships.
When all was said and done, I have a zero balance on all 7 accounts, my total out of pocket expense was $12,166.46 Which includes the services provided by Pacific Debt.
I know that may not seem like a huge deal, but that is less than what I originally owed on 7 high interest credit cards. Had I not had the help of Pacific Debt, I would still be making payments and still be accruing interest charges and fees, and would likely still be more than $13k in debt.
One last note, my credit score was under 550 when I started this program, its now a 692 and building monthly.

Pacific Debt has helped me turn my life around. I was in a massive financial hole with over $20K in credit card debt and over $700 a month going toward the minimum balance for all CC combined. They helped me lower that payment to only $320 a month for the course of 4 yrs saving me thousands of dollars. It would have taken me at least 7 - 10 years to pay off all those accounts. My credit score took a small hit but with in time I managed to get that number back to a 728. I finally have financial freedom and am able to put towards savings and better provide for my family. I would strongly recommend Pacific Dept to anyone who wants to extinguish credit card debt.

Contacting Pacific Debt Inc. (PDI) in February 2016 was the best decision I have made in many years regarding my debt situation. From the initial phone call explaining the basics of the program, through weekly interactions Carly, Samantha, Raul and other members of the Client Care team, the PDI staff has shown understanding and compassion for my financial position and immediately offered a solution rather than lectures on behavior modification like I received from the consumer credit counseling service I worked with for 18 months prior to reaching out to PDI. The Client Care team efficiently set up an affordable program to get me debt-free within 48 months. They were upfront and honest about the negative impact the program would have on my credit score, but also provided information on support they can provide to help with credit recovery. They offered excellent recommendations for handling the creditor's calls and emails and guided me through the initial months of the program. Fearing the worst, I had delayed reaching out to a debt reduction company, but the PDI team has made the process painless. Ignore the creditors, send documents to PDI and they do the work for you – no headaches or stress.
After five months in the program, I was assigned to Kimberly Becker as my Senior Account Manager. All I can say is AMAZING! My first settlement in early August was at 50% of the balance for a savings of about $4000. But she really knocked it out of the ballpark with the recent settlement of my largest account at only 25% of my balance and a savings of $13,000. I could go on and on with the all the positive experience with this program. But in summary, I could not be more impressed with the efficient, professional service I have received from PDI. For anyone drowning in debt, there is a solution and the solution is PDI.

I can not personally express how wonderful of an experience Pacific Debt has provided for me. My account manager, Louis, adds a superior personal touch when contacting me by phone or email. He is always so detailed in his explanation of settlements that there has never been room for me to ask questions. This company has employees that hold your hand every step of the way. Prior to making a commitment to use PDI 's services, I made numerous calls asking numerous questions and not once did the representative give me the impression of being put out. Very patient and knowledgeable staff. I give PDI an A++!
