Was not explained exactly what to expect. This was the hardest thing I ever did depending on people that I never saw or met. Many times my calls were not returned when I thought my settlements were paid I still got served civil summons. One check for over $1600.00 went somewhere that was found out when on a teleconference with the debt collector and Pacific debt. I will never go through this type of process again. Lesson learned. I daily watched my account with Pacific Debt and Crossroads. Thank God I did. I questions constantly many transactions that did not add up. I got my self where I was financially and Pacific Debt helped. But it was a horrible experience.

I was initially hesitant on enrolling in a debt relief program. Although I was keeping up with my monthly payments I didn’t want to “look bad” by missing payments. The first representative that I spoke with was super helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable. He didn’t not pressure me at all into enrolling. After thinking about the pros and cons I committed and I haven’t looked back! The process is very easy and everyone you encounter is helpful and knowledgeable. My account representative is easy to work with, I truly feel like he is advocating for me. Communication is great, I always know about settlement offers and what has been paid off!

Pacific Debt is my own personal lifesaver. I was in so much debt I had no idea where to turn or what to do. I am a Christian so the very first thing I do with any problems is to go to my HEAVENLY FATHER and pray and ask Him to help me. The very next day I got a call from some very nice young man asking me did I need help with my bills. I had to literally sit down. That’s how quickly God acted on this problem. One thing led to another nd before long I was making payments to Pacific Debt that was about 1/3 of what it cost me for the actual bills. EVERYONE without exception has been so kind, not judge mental and as kind to me or even kinder than some family members. They all feel like family to me and I prayed to God and thanked him for a way to get out of debt without bankruptcy. Please give pacific debt a call and I promise you , you will not regret it. Now I can absolutely sleep at night. God bless everyone at Pacific debt and thank you for helping me feel normal again.

Pacific Debt reaches out to me because I need to get out of debt. Even though I honor my monthly payment agreements with my creditors but with the high interest rates, I realize I was not making any improvements in reducing these balances any time soon.
I was relieved after talking with William. Not only was he able to identify the accounts with high interest revolving debts but help me to alleviate these burdens. Just the idea that there is a service available called Pacific Debt available to help me become debt free but experts like William who was willing to mentor and assist me in how to move forward in getting it done. At the end of our lively discussions , I was left relieved, hopeful and grateful. After a quick review I realize the business is an Accredited Members of the Better Business Bureau and the American Fair Credit Council. It is also a 5 Star Review as a Top Rated Company.

I was in debt and thought there was no way out! the interest took most of the payments I was making and I was turned down by the credit union for consolidation because I had "too many debts"! Cedric, the representative I spoke with, was understanding, and very helpful. He explained every step of the way to assure me to be debt free in 48 months as compared to eleven years or more with the creditors I had been paying faithfully monthly. He gave me peace when I needed it most and I would highly recommend anyone who is in debt to contact Pacific Debt and they will help you. Although I am new to this program, I feel confident it will be done and if I am able to pay more, I am allowed to which will shorten the time. Please don't wait another day dealing with creditors. they don't care about you but Pacific Debt does

My husband and I were in over our head with credit card debt, payday loans, and even larger personal loans. I had almost given up and was to the point of filing bankruptcy. I had applied time after time, literally applications back to back for either a large personal loan or some way to consolidate my debt so I could just have a single breath of fresh air, but every single time your application has been denied, not approved, your credit score is too low (thank you I know this). So I gave up at 4am that morning; i was exhausted, out of ideas, and just felt defeated. Not until around lunchtime the next day when I got the phone all was Nicholas, literally my lifesaver. He said he was from pacific debt and would love to try and help me with my consolidation (as did everyone else I tried), but why not what’s one more to add to the books. I stayed on the phone told him my situation he actually related to some of them. Something was different! He wasn’t a computer or just another application. He was real, super considerate of my downfall and debt but even more so he was approving me for to consulate my debt with this once a month extremely low payment.. wait what??? He laughed, repeated himself, and I nearly cried. He explained the process. I asked a ton of questions and he was there to answer every single one. He put me on a brief hold and then like that I was signing through email, and most importantly I was breathing!!! I would recommend anyone going through a hardship with debt to consolidate and contact pacific debt. I’d say I can’t explain the feeling I felt that day, but clearly I have written a novel so long story still long lol they get an A+, 100, perfect score in my book!! This was something that I had been avoiding for months, coming to terms with my debt, swallowing my pride, and asking for help. I was preparing myself to have an “ugly cry” session..on the phone.. with a stranger.. like a therapy session.. and it was the complete opposite! I spoke with Demetrius, he was so chill and relaxed, it was like talking to someone that I’d known for years! I have only gone through the initial process but I am VERY pleased with the customer service! Even the first girl I talked with (I think she said Kesha), she was sweet as well! Demetrius was able to find a plan that was affordable for me. Saving me a couple G’s in the long run! This process will be taking sooo much stress off of my shoulders, I don’t have to worry about if my family will have to go without groceries or the light bill... or losing sleep and basically being sick to my stomach... Long story short, I should’ve called Pacific Debt a year ago! I can’t wait to see the progress and my credit score recovery!

I was working with another debt relief agency but I was very dissatisfied with the customer service experience. My monthly amount kept changing as they based my total on my credit report which I had informed them was still getting updated. My monthly amount kept changing and it stressed me out so I cancelled them. I found Pacific and spoke to Ray who has been fantastic. He was very understanding and helpful from the first chat. We texted a lot and emailed at first prior to speaking on the phone, and he understood my frustration. He built a plan based on my debt information in conjunction with credit report so that the list was complete. He was very thorough in explaining the program and made himself available to answer all questions immediately. If my experience with the process is 75% as good as my experience with Ray I'm sure I'll be thrilled. Thank you Ray!

I was working with another debt relief agency but accounts not getting paid, just paying in for services and not feeling satisfied. I responded to an email then call from Rey from Pacific Debt Inc and was asking more specific questions on paying on my debts. Rey was very thorough and direct on how they operate and so I decided to cancel my other contract and go with Pacific Debt Inc. as I feel more confident with them. He went over every page of the contract to make sure I understood. It showed me that my loans I had will get money instead of not being paid anything. I really want to thank them for making me feel better of myself.

Debbie was extremely informative and personable. She did not at any point make me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my personal financial situation. I have worked with other debt consolidations where they loan you the money, tell them who to pay, then your stuck paying them back that money plus a crazy amount of interest. This is not like that. They work with the creditors to settle upon a lower amount to be paid and there is a fee to be paid for this service however what is saved, makes it worth the price. I like the fact that I am to be involved in the decision making process as well. I am very optimistic this will get me out of debt way sooner than I ever could otherwise.

Bad decisions, transitions to a new job a new born baby boy. When everything that can go wrong, goes wrong at the same time. It was time to get some help. I reached out to pacific debt earlier in 2019, afraid for the coming windfall and decided against it at that time. But eventually the credit card bills piled up and before you know it your creditors are calling. Its august now and having no other way to clear up my debt, I called Wyatt again and he was looking for a solution the moment I told him I needed help. Short story, I found the settlement that worked for me. And paying a lot less now. I'd highly recommend Pacific Debt. What can you loose?

My first encounter with Pacific Debt was through a phone call I received. It was a most rewarding experience. The agent, Marquise D made me feel very comfortable because of his way of letting me know that my situation was important ; that he intended to help me become debt free through the program offered by his company. Marquise explained the program step by step until I fully understood. He was patient,professional, kind and understanding. The whole process went well. The assistance I received was more than I received from a previous undertaking. There will also be a very present help for anything else that may arise along the way. Support being there for me behind the scene until my part in the program is completed is good to know. The choice I made of this company was the tight one.

I contacted a couple different companies before deciding on Pacific Debt. I appreciate how Nicholas was able to help me focus on a solution, rather than shame me for my debt mistakes. I first spoke with a representative from another consolidation company, and she was quite heartless and judgmental. She was also pushy and condesending. This made me second-guess my decision to looking into debt consolidation. The next day, I returned a call from Pacific Debt. Nicholas answered and, quite frankly, was wonderful. He was compassionate. When I told him I needed to consider the quote and plug that into my budget, he was more than understanding and allowed me to end the call with no pressure. He was also able to offer me a better monthly payment than the first company. I'm very appreciative towards him as he walked me through the process, answered all me questions, and, most importantly, reminded me that my financial situation is completely redeemable.

We are just beginning the program with positive reinforcement from Nicholas, who counseled us through the entire process. He was very informative through each phone call, gave us sound advice, and we look forward to working with him and Pacific Debt. One good thing about Pacific Debt is that they work with the payments, splitting the payment, and with the creditors that we wanted to include. Another positive to this company and to Nick is that he did not bother us with phone calls. We told him we needed time so we scheduled another time to talk and he called back at that time only. Seems strange trying to rate a company after only a couple days and not really into the process yet, However, I suspect that this review might have some benefit toward the person who was my initial contact person and who walked me through the sign up process. I can speak on that. Because that process feels very intimidating and can feel overwhelming, I feel they have worked out all the kinks as best can be done. My person is Rian T. I am a very cautious person by nature. He did a great job, patient and kind goes a very long way and had he not succeeded in making me feel comfortable I would not have gone ahead with it.

I had some very extreme ,life changing and unexpected hardships hit me recently. The home I leased for almost 9 years was suddenly pulled out from under me with little notice as the owner decided to sell and not lease any longer.
This put me in a major situation. I had just paid off all my credit cards but because I had to buy a house ( no one wanted to lease to someone with 4 German Shepherds) I had to max out all my cards again for inspections, fees down payments, appliances, etc etc. This left me living paycheck to paycheck in a vicious cycle of interest just to make ends meet with one major event away from going under.
I inquired ( after a great deal of research ) to PacificDebt and signed up for their hardship program after speaking to their representative Cedric A and couldn’t be more pleased with his upfront, non-high pressure, professionalism. He thoroughly explained the process, had an immense amount of patience, was not pulling any punches as to what to expect and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. He laid a great deal of my apprehensions to rest during the 2+ hours we spoke on the phone. Being 18 years in the business and also researching the reviews ( both good and bad ) made my decision much easier.
If the rest of the process goes as smoothly and as professionally as Mr A's consultation with me, I will be debt free in 4 years or less.
I’m literally putting my life in their hands and know that initially it will be tough but the end result will be for the best for me financially.
Again, thank you Mr A for your patience and thoroughly explaining everything ( sometimes over and over ). PacificDebt has a good employee in Mr Cedric A and has my trust which I rarely give.

Eva is the QUEEN of customer service! She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable talking about my debt AT ALL. We spent about 2 hours speaking over the phone answering my questions, what the process was like, going over quotes and possibilities through out the program and even when I finish the program. SHE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST! She never rushed me or pressured me into anything! I told her from the beginning I was just shopping around and never did she push me to enroll or every ask me to enroll! I really recommend her. I did let her know that there was another company that I was inquiring with and she did not put them down at all, she reassured me that if I chose to go with a different company that it was fine and she was still there to answer all my questions. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!! She was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. This is my first time enrolling into a debt relief program and I was very unsure, worried, scared and hesitate about a program like this. I did shop around and I eventually chose to go with Pacific because the other company was just way too pushy. He didn’t really care to get to know my situation like Eva.

I was, struggling to maintain minimum payments on my credit card accounts with little to no relief in site.
Then a cousin referred me to Pacific Debt, I was nervous not sure if their program would work for me.
The representative, from their team was like speaking to my uncle who was going to get his Neice back on track financially and they did.
Every question, I had all my fears about ever being free of credit card debt they answered over and. over again until I understood and felt comfortable.
They took care of the debt collection calls, the numerous notices, they stepped in at a time I was drowning and help me get my debt under control.
As a Child of God I was concerned about not being a borrower, and chained to debt forever.

My exp. was great. Rian took time and explained every aspect of what to expect, even listening to my concerns and showed me the pros and cons of what I wanted, and allowed me to make an intelligent decision. I called with the intentions of doing a bankruptcy, but wanted to see what Pacific Debt had to offer in the event I could avoid one, and was pleasantly surprised. I've already told others about my exp. and some are interested in looking into this for their own finances. I just feel relieved about my financial situation, straightening out w/o doing a bankruptcy, at least the creditors can see my willingness to pay my debts.

I spoke with a young man named Jeremy S seeking help for high credit card debt I had incurred from a sales scam. He immediately was sympathetic and reassuring that he could help me out of a very traumatic and frightful situation. He spent a great deal of time explaining the program and the pros and cons of entering this contract and patiently answered my many questions. I feel totally comfortable knowing that he is going to help me pay my debts in an honorable way. After my lengthy consultation I had the first night’s sleep I had in 3 months. His compassion for his company and and my situation was evident in his voice and demeanor over the phone and gave me great confidence I had made the right decision to put my plight in the hands of Pacific Debt Relief.

The reason I am giving a 5 star rating is because I tried other ways to resolve my debt. But, I was denied three times by other companies so, after that experience I decided that there was no need to try again, then a friend of mine sent me the website care one credit. I selected the website and it rerouted me to a number to call. I called the number and Eva answered and I told her my name and my reason for the call and she proceeded to assist me. Eva was very professional in asking questions and explaining to me each time before she proceeded with the information I gave her. She explained the process to me and I was able to understand. But, when she came back to the phone and told me that she was able to help me, I was overwhelmed with excitement because I just knew it was going to be denied again. first I was greeted quickly by a person who spoke clear fluent English! Erin C, I'm assuming the best of the best of this company, helped me understand exactly what I was getting into the costs of it, and a clear outcome so that I was incomplete understanding of everything and was not left in complete confusion. Which is a huge deal for somebody with OCD! Much better offer than any of the other companies I got quotes for and seemed much more honest and the others from the very beginning. I will totally be recommending this company to family and friends! The customer service was undoubtedly the best I've experienced by far!
