So far so good. Just wish there was more contact from their part. Like call once in a while to see if I have questions. Been in the program since October 2022 and as of now march 2023 they have called not once. But my debts are being taken care of but I do have questions.

I will say first of all that you guys did what you said you would do, and you were honest with me from the start. I never had a problem speaking to a representative or getting a question answered. There are consequences for this program, though, (credit score, IRS Form 1099-C), and I would have liked to have known more about the negatives. I'm still a little unsure about my financial future, but I can certainly say I can live without a walletful of credit cards

I have been looking for debt relief since March because I lost my job and I knew these credit card debts would keep growing until I did something. I applied to wells Fargo 2 times for consolidation but it's a no go. My own bank rejecting me after being with them for 10 years. And I've paid off large somes with multiple times. Anyway I received something online from FDR in an ad or email idk which. I applied and they found a way to help me. I been paying them every since I got a job.. I'm thankful. Navigation with my dashboard is easy and clear. The customer service agents are knowledgeable and if they don't have the answer they get back to me with the answer. Never left hanging. The only negative is the extended program loan. I was denied for having bad credit. Hello? That's why I am in the program bad credit because of medical bills.

Also I was advised by Capitol One that they have the right to contact me EVERYDAY as long as my account is in collection. I have seen some advance tword making some payment arrangements with 2 of my creditors
