We appreciate your honest feedback, Tony. We do take a fee, but not until a debt is resolved. The amount of the fee will vary depending on a client’s state of residence, total debt amount, etc. Typically, it ranges from 15% - 25% of total enrolled debt over the course of the program. For example, fees of 21% of enrolled debt in a 42 month program would work to about 6% per year annualized. This offers significant savings over other solutions, especially for those who would otherwise be making payments as agreed to their creditors at the interest rates they have when entering our program.
