It has been extremely hard. But hopefully it will be over soon. Even though I was blessed to never miss a payment I was still turned over for collections TWICE!!!!! The litigation attorney was rude and careless. I had to come up with $1,200 cash and had to increase my bi weekly payments from $156.00 to $426.00 that over $800 a month I am sick and worried to death of not being able to get out from under this ,. NEVER AGAIN IF THE LORD IS WILLING I EVER DO THIS AGAIN WITH FDR

They have been good at staying in contact and it’s nice to be able to go online and see how much is in the actual account, makes us feel better and more comfortable. Only negative is I’m still getting emails saying final payment due and I thought that would go away after first month or so.

Been in the program for four months and still getting calls from creditors not happy with that took four months for the first settlement and that is being payed over three payments money in the pot seems like the drag settlements out
