Although I’m thankful for the settlements, your percentage was supposed to be around 22 to 25 % They are closer to 33% and more And I wasn’t aware that as they shed, the balances went up and up I thought once contacted they would stop all activity Very disappointed but it is what it is

Its difficult to see the end with this company. While the agents assisting are very kind and helpful, don't do this unless you absolutely have to!!! If you enroll a debt then decide to negotiate it on your own, you cannot un-enroll it. Adding an extra deposit doesn't settle your accounts promptly. You've got to follow up and request a payoff. If I had known what I know now, I would never have done business with them.

The representative they spoke to me or listen to anything I say she has her own viewpoint of everything. I told her I was not computer literate she told me I must be. I’ll get somebody in my family to help me out. I told her I was the only child and working alone, and I didn’t have anybody to help me, but she insisted on doing things her way and did not help me at all. I was very disappointing and I still am and I don’t know what to do. I was trying to submit another dip, but she would not listen to me at all.
