It's confusing, they keep telling me to be patient, I get one settlement after about 7 months. But the email I got didn't tell me anything about what the settlement was. The worker called and told me about it, but nothing was certain. The Americor workers tell you what need. Just trust the process. I'm a member of the group on Facebook, just remember, it's a long process.

When will all my accounts settled now that I'm refinanced and owe on the financial portion not the repay back on promised accounts paid n closed? 2. When will I see my credit reports going up? My scores are still horribly low. The lowest I've ever seen. When will these go up and show my accounts all paid off no longer unpaid ect...?

I do recommend Americor, for the events of having to essentially 'start over". It is a great resource and I am excited to be over this hump of financial struggle. However, the communication at the end has been pretty horrendous. I have been in contact with Americor/Credit9 in regards to a payment issue and had yet to seen the resolution which has not caused a further issue. I cannot seem to get a straight answer on how they will correct this issue, but in hopes the right thing will be done. Again, as stated earlier, I highly recommend asking MANY questions whether that be for clarity or to just stay in the loop as I did not understand some processes, but always got "you just have to trust the process", which I 100% understand, but after a while that gets old and need a better explanation/insight.

Dominique L was very informative and knowledgeable about Americore program, I enjoyed conversing with him, however, I tried and tried to reach him for some other concerns and I was not able to, the nice people who answered my call kept on telling me they would text him a message but I never got a call back.

It has been a smooth program to work through! At first it can be challenging as you get all your docs to Americor buy once that is complete it is a smooth process. Understand your credit score will take a hit but mine is almost recovered after 2 yrs. For me it was worth it to get out of debt.
