Americor has successfully settlement thousands of credit card accounts each month for our clients and as this is a hardship program, we understand that this may not be a good fit for everyone.

During the compliance call along after your enrollment, you were made aware that we do not provide legal advice and we provided you reference for an attorney referral. Information pertaining to fees is included in the customer’s signed enrollment documents, as is fee collection upon termination of the agreement.

Took a lot of money, did nothing. Promised a debt consolidation loan after 6 months in program, then after 6 months said it could be 24 months before a loan was offered.
