Every time I called, they were able to assist me. I was never confused about what was being done and if there ever was a problem, they were able to fix it or make me aware of what was going on. They are very on top of of anything that came up on my credit score and let me know. My only concern would be for them to make it more affordable for people who can't really pay.

I was referring by freedom debit n talk to customer service that explains to me that they will charge me $129 every 6 month not monthly?? I thought they will fix my credit but it’s only sending letter to other credit card to File dispute that’s all ! Next time let your req explain to customers that you are honest n accurate with info that give to customers I’ll closed my account ASAP , thank you for your dishonesty??

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. The first day I spoke to a rep named Matthew, he seemed nice at first but he is a true nightmare. They have the worst customer service. When I found out that all they do is send out letters and do not help me, I immediately call them to get more details. The rep I spoke to laughed at me and talked to me as if I’m an idiot for not understanding. The second time I spoke with Matthew and asked him to cancel their services. He was rude and just plain nasty to me. He was talking over me and yelling and hanged up the phone on me. The third time I spoke to “senior “ rep, I guess, he did not apologize for the other reps and he kept talking over me. They give you a horrible time to cancel their services, they make their clients feel stupid like we are supposed to know everything before we even call them. If we call is for a reason, duh. Never again! They took $100 from me and won’t refunded.

If I could give them -5 stars I will!! Not only did they fail to inform my situation didn't qualify for their services they still lied to me over and over again. I called to cancel before my payment was due and they still took the money out of my account and won't give me a refund. This service sounds pretty on paper but all they do is send letters pretending to be you for 8 months and youre supposed to expect for everything to go away. The person's name is Jun L by the way, who laughed at me for not understanding beforehand that they weren't by best options- btu again why didn't anyone tell me prior to me signing up that I might be a better fit may be at a later time. all I wanted was my money back and they made it impossible- Jun L even said hes the owner of the company to not pass me along to another person to process my refund- all im saying is that score shuttle sucks and it sounds like a scam that makes it very hard to cancel and to get a refund. and im pretty sure they delete the bad reviews because 4.5 stars is not accurate.

Not a good experience at all. In 6 months they just sent letters to Equifax and just disputed 3 items. Not worth it at all for $130 at month.

i moved to biloxi because i was sick; i stayed a year and a half and i completely healed - but i tanked financially. i could not pay my credit cards, lots of cards. i used cards for food and gas. i moved back to oklahoma and found score shuttle and i have been with them for several months. it's a miracle. almost everything has been "charged off" on my transunion report they send me monthly. score shuttle - THE BEST.

I have had a great experience with this company, my credit has improved so much since being with them for like 9 months. Thanks to them I finally have a credit card and rebuilt my credit. I highly recommend them!! Pricing is reasonable, if i need to place a hold for a month they accommodate that. Every one is nice if I ever call or msg them on the website. So they set you up on automatic debits so be aware if you tell them what date you think you can make a payment you are agreeing to have automatic payments made if you sign the contract why over the phone without review of paperwork it’s more being agree to then what is stated I sign up two weeks ago had a very abrupt emergency situation occur not knowing an autodebit would strike call them immediately and not one person not one person could reverse knowing the hardship I was going thru do your homework I recommend if they have no heart and can’t reverse a transaction for you all this within same day mind you not I don’t think they really fighting for you in your best interest to there best if they don’t care about your life how can they fight for you I’m filing a lawsuit by the way so please just do your work

So far, 5 stars! I just spoke with them today and was actually referred to them by Freedom Debt Relief. Roland is who I spoke with and he was so helpful and helped me to understand current laws surrounding credit reports and debts owed, etc. They are sending letters to the collection agencies right away! ScoreShuttle is already better than any other place I have called to work with. Roland walked me through the website and various ways to get in touch. I love that they try to keep constant contact. I am so glad I decided against filing bankcruptcy and kept looking for other options.

At first glance, I was a bit skeptical because I've never heard of scoreshuttle ever. But after speaking with Michael D, I knew this was the right choice. Just after the first month I started seeing the first group of letters being dispatched. After that, collectors started dropping off like flies. If i could give them one star i would. They prey on vulnerable people that just to simply repair their credit. They tell you you can do it as little as 3 months then it turns to almost a year and your credit still looks like crap. Then they tell u its your fault. They make it impossible to cancel . SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

It appears that when you did cancel your account, you had been with us for about 5 months and your scores were up anywhere from 28-36 points, and at one point had increased 45-55 points prior to some utilization challenges on your open revolving accounts. It's always important to remember that on average, a full credit restoration process will take about 6-10 months. Some of our clients do see results more quickly, and others a bit longer, it will always depend on your individual credit report as some are more complicated than others. We hope that if you decide to address your report again in the future you will give our team another shot.
