Had service with company for over two years paid Insurance on time every time. Insurance to replace the phone they wanted another $75 for the same phone that was ready for an update. So in short they lost a customer for good and you should stay away from them too.

Cricket was ok at first but they need to do better. They don't do any specials ,any offers, they never let you know your if they towers problem they just turn off your phone with a Message temporarily turn off by carrier. My bills is always paid before my due. I've been with them going on 4 years they dont show appreciation for loyal customers like cspire. I wouldn't recommend

Can't get service anywhere unless I'm connected to WiFi, and even then, it still won't send texts or pictures or make calls. What am I paying for?. Ridiculous. I will be switch soon

Worst phone company! I called to ask them for a transfer code to switch carriers. They turned off my service before my bill was due! I didn't ask them to stop my service. Go else elsewhere.
