A bunch of BS. Got a problem? take it to a nonexistent account (meaning they want info you didn't provide in the first place and then put you on hold until your grand children learn Spanish from the messages) all to get you to the same nowheresville. Try to cancel because you want a real cell phone account? Maybe, the day after you auto pay. beware. And a 10 minute wait equals more than an an hour.

Cricket provides us with the same service as AT&T for about half the price. Very happy with service and phone upgrades.

I was paying 50 on my bill till next paycheck. They put me on bridgepay. I get paid every 2 weeks living paycheck to paycheck. Now they say i have to pay 104 dollars to restore service not deducting the 50 i already paid plus 15 reconnect when my friend who is white only pays 5 for reconnect fee. Now to get my service going i have to break down and pay. I am 52 with alot of doctor bills and meds to get and i just lost 50 because cricket screwed up. Horrible company i hate i have to stay.

Anyone who gives Cricket a 5-star review is either being held at gunpoint or just scrolls through Internet Explorer all day looking at dog memes. Their service coverage is laughable at best with speeds that make the Stone Age look more technologically advanced. Please, if you want to spare your family the trouble of having to wait 5 business days to watch a youtube video, I would suggest that you go with literally any other service provider.

Cricket shipped an order that I had already cancelled through an agent. Then told me to call Fed Ex to cancel but Fed Ex claims the shipper, Cricket" put restrictions on the delivery that it can only be cancelled at the time of delivery. So now I have to wait until it gets delivered to cancel it and then wait for my refund. Very dishonest and shady!

Great family plans with a decent amount of data to stream. The only downfall is that your connection may be slow at times. Overall good value for your money.

DO NOT EVER under any circumstances switch to Cricket. The plans are cheaper than other companies but it's not worth you. You pay for services you can't even use. I have unlimited data but the connection was so bad I had to use WiFi. Customer Service is filled with incompetent morons. They do not care about the customers. They do not follow up with your requests. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

I tried to switch my number to a new phone(I was on cricket before the switch). I couldn't activate it online or with the activation kit. I called them to activate my number three times, they hung up on me twice, halfway through the call(which was even more frustrating after I had been on hold for 40 minutes). I Overall, poor customer service, sometimes there's someone good, but half of the time the call gets disconnected halfway through.

Bad connection, terrible customer service, they are clearly in some foreign country and can barely speak English. Cricket changed my plan without my permission and then told me that my original plan was no longer available. I am now stuck paying twice as much as I was previously and my phone is locked to Cricket for another 4 months. Every time I call to complain I get a different story from a representative that I can barely understand. Seems like I signed up for service with a foreign company that doesn’t under customers service.

I love the company. They could improve by providing in store service free for phones purchased online when transferring data from one phone to another.

I'd give it negative stars if I could, and I'd not even used them yet! I bought the sim card & physical plan card at Walmart since I was not anywhere near a store. My phone said it was compatible, but was not due to technical issues so I spoke with Andrea Z. to see about getting a promotional deal(even w/ a contract) 2 days after purchasing the items. She said there was no way. No way at all. That is unbelievable as I hadn't even used a minute of any of the features. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Bad recommendations and losing customers is the last thing a company wants in this economy!

Cricket cares nothing for their customers. With the pandemic and isolation we are all facing, the only way to communicate with friends and family is our cell phones. Every company is working for the good of America and their customers by delaying payment with no turn offs. What does Cricket do? They turn the only communication you have with family OFF the second your payment is late.

I receive at least ten "robocalls" daily with this new "service". None of these calls are for me - they are for the previous person who had the Cricket phone number. Pretty crappy if you ask me. Canceled the service in 60 days. OH, and the only way to cancel the Cricket service is to just stop paying. This is straight from Cricket's website and the Rep's mouth. How ghetto. So long.

I spent two incredibly frustrating years with Cricket. I couldn't even get online during peak hours from 4 PM to 7 PM. The customer service reps are totally incompetent and often lie to cover their incompetence. I recently switched to Verizon and for literally $ 3 more than I was paying for Cricket I have fantastic, speedy and trouble free service.

I ordered a LG Harmony from Cricket after looking at the specs (https://www.cricketwireless.com/cell-phones/smartphones/lg-harmony.html). When it arrived, I found that it would not connect to 5 GHz WiFi. I pointed out to Cricket that the specs do not say so, but they refused to take it back. They are asking me to talk to the manufacturer, which makes no sense -- LG cannot add a new freq band to a s shipping phone. Cricket should have provided the info or accepted a return.

I was with cricket a long time ago and it was a good service but was very limited across the country in its use. At that time if you had good service with them locally, the price was right and the service good. If you traveled find another service.

I did maintain service with Cricket for about 6 month back in 2014, and since then I changed to Boost , T Mobil, My worst experience have been with Cricket, their connection cover is very weak, if you ever are driving away from the center of the city you are out of service, and if you need to use the GPS, forget about it.

Bought a cricket phone, paid in full. Used it as a tablet for awhile. When I decided to add it as another phone line, found out cricket won't unlock it cause I waited longer than 6months after purchase. They refuse to unlock property i purchased and own. Asked to speak to supervisor, said it was there policy. Do not buy a phone here!!!

Terrible customer service! Cannot understand the rep every time I call. Takes a while to get to a rep then when I finally do the call is disconnected three times! I ordered a SIM card never did received then was told I cannot get my money back and that I would have to go through my bank to get my money back! This is ridiculous!

Piss poor support, no customer service. You will NOT ever have 5G service on your 5G capable phone, and they will not correct it. They WILL disconnect you every time you contact them through chat. You will never get resolution to any issues.

Customer service needs alot of work. Representatives lie about services, many don't speak clear English, and so far I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours on one line and1 hour on another after asking for someone who speaks English so I can communicate effectively. 4G and 5G are worthless in my area. Only LTE works and only has one bar.

There doesn't seem to be a place on the planet that it has enough signal to send a text, make or receive a call, and if I'm using GPS it loses signal from time to time. It goes offline so much I lose a lot of business before I realize what it's done.

Customer since 2008. ATT has destroyed Cricket. They doubled the price of unlimited, moved Customer Service outside US, raised prices on everything, limited data to customers with unlimited plans. ATT destroys everything it buys to pay its CEO a fat bonus. ZERO ⭐ rating. Am going to T Mobile after almost 12 years as a Cricket customer.
