The only problem with Q link is the internet service you can't use it anywhere its has no signal unless you go somewhere that has free wifi . Customer service takes forever to talk to anyone.

Government pays theses criminals for your free cell phone data minutes and then qlink cuts after using 5gb of data it's spouse to be unlimited but that's big lie by qlink so basically it's all a lie by qlink do not go with these they won't be business much longer

I ordered a phone over a year ago. I never received anything but a sim card and no phone to insert it in. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Why do they still have the government contact? This is a horrible company!
