I like everything except it's difficult to talk to a customer service agent. Otherwise they are great in all other aspects. They use T-Mobile's network which I believe is the best,5g system in North America

THE ONLY REAL PROBLEM I HAVE WITH QLINK IS, I BOUGHT A PHONE ONLINE LAST YEAR . IT WAS A BLUE ALCTEL. COST ME $70. I NEVER GOT IT. IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
