Will try their best deny your claim. Also, they will never return your call. You have to submit everything using the portal. No updates. Just people working in the background to deny.

It appears Patriot Warranty is a scam. Buyers Beware!!!! After you purchase a policy, they don't return phone calls from you or the repair shops. They just take your money and disappear. 0 Stars from me!

Patriot Warranty turns out to be a SCAM. I cannot contact them to summit a claim. Phone numbers that I was given have been disconnected & they will not call you back. Please don't be fooled like I was.

I would never use this company. I am still waiting on a refund for my contract because they seemed to not be able to agree with the parts price. Before you spend your money with them I would keep searching.

There is nobody available for the past 4 days to take a claim. Nobody answers the phone or returns emails.. I had to pay for my repair and file a complaint with my bank. It's a scam and theirs numerous complaints on line.

Terrible experience. The only thing that was easy was them taking my money two years ago. Now they need to provide service it's a total run around, placed on hold, transfered, hung up on etc. For hours today.

DO NOT GET A POLICY WITH PATRIOT! When you make a claim they will find a way to not cover the claim. In my case, they claimed a service bulletin was issued on my vehicle before I bought it that had not been addressed.
